In an industry where most I have met are dis honest and look for the best way to further only themselves, Aaron is NOT one of those. He is honest, has integrity and above all takes full responsibility for his actions, whether they be good or not so good. That sort of attitude is in short supply. His work is of the up most quality and he listens to what his clients have to say and applies it. I would hope for more like him. Richard also is very honest and respectful to all around him. From the first time we met Aaron Hymas and the amazing team at Vuu Homes we knew immediately this was the builder we wanted to work with. Having built a custom home before, we had many questions about the process with Vuu Homes. Absolutely incredible design and attention to detail. We work with a wide variety of home builders in our 3D/VR photography business, but Vuu Homes really sets itself apart when it comes to product. Not only are there homes full of amazing cutting-edge features, but there is a real artfulness to the overall design of the space. As a real estate photography / virtual tour company, we get to work with a number of builders in the area. I want to share my experience with Travis Hymas, and the Vuu homes team: I was looking for a home builder to help me with the demolition of an existing 1950’s house in the historic district of Provo; and construction of a new home on the same property. This was an important project to me, because the existing home had been in my family for a long time. This was a complicated project with tight deadlines. Time-frame and speed weren’t the only concern, keeping costs down was also a leading factor for me to even consider building my new home. Demolition is not an easy. It’s expensive, and it comes with a lot of hurdles and obstacles. Considering my budget, Vuu homes agreed to let me handle the demolition on my own, serving as a consultant to help make sure it was completed properly, and in accordance with existing code. This insured my new home would start on a clean slate. They guided me through all the right steps and helped me to save a lot of money on the front end. This project had everything! My existing property had a very narrow configuration, without room to spare in accordance with the current city code requirements and guidelines. In a nutshell, I needed an all-inclusive contractor that would be willing to take on this project. They needed to have the resources and commitment to finish on time, stay within a budget, and to help make this project a success. Choosing VUU homes as my contractor was a perfect fit for me! Travis, and the Vuu homes team helped me every step of the way, it was a one stop shop. They helped me design and plan my new home, consulted me through demolition, and then built my new custom home. From the design and new construction beginning stages, to the finish, they helped me demolish my old house and then built a new house on the property. Vuu homes did this not only on time…. but under budget. Yes, you heard it correctly, under budget! Under budget even included a few upgrades along the way! They stayed honest throughout the project, they provided and explained every invoice and expense, and showed great integrity as my contractor of choice. VUU homes was definitely the all-inclusive contractor that I needed for this project! I really appreciated their customer relations throughout the entire process, and their willingness to listen to any of my questions before, during, and after, through the end of construction. This was a tricky project, and everything had complexity. Because I used VUU homes, everything came together nicely, and exceeded my expectations throughout the whole demo and construction process.
