We can’t say enough amazing things about Landwell. We absolutely love our backyard. My wife and I do not trust easily, but Landwell went above and beyond! If you’re looking for a design + build experience, for so many reasons you have to go with Landwell. My wife and I were after a modern boutique hotel rooftop vibe for our backyard. Their lead designer Joslyn learned all the elements we wanted, provided additional elements we didn’t know we wanted and packaged everything in a beautifully cohesive design. Owner Jon and the crew Ryan, Woody and others were incredible to work with. Always in great spirits and willing to accommodate any additional requests no matter how big or small. They had passion and took pride in their work. We’re grateful we went with them. They took our completely empty dirt back yard to complete transformation in 3 months. We are continually blown away. We plan to have additional work done on our front yard and will only use Landwell. Thank you again to the entire Landwell team!

Landwell recently completed a total transformation of our rear yard landscaping and hard scape. The design and construction team did a great job of creating a very livable environment for us. They were hard working and on time. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We interviewed at least 5 landscape companies before deciding to use Landwell and we are so happy we chose them. We landscaped our complete backyard and front yard along with installing a pool and a custom pergola. It was a huge job and we couldn't be happier. Joslyn's initial design was breathtaking. The quoted prices were extremely reasonable unlike many bids we received. Jon, Matt, Beau and the rest of the crew were always on time and worked so hard day in and day out. In addition they were extremely friendly, kind and honest. Jon was always extremely easy to reach, quick and efficient in answering any questions I had. In addition he consistently came up with amazing ideas to make the landscape even more beautiful and efficient. I've remodeled many homes in San Luis County and it just doesn't get any better than the service they provided. They made creating our dream of a resort like backyard reality and I am forever grateful.

Landwell Design + Build Co. Did a wonderful job on our backyard. From the design process to the finished yard. Everyone was so great to work with. And our yard looks so beautiful. The team that was here doing the work were all so respectful and kept the yard as clean as they could every day. I would recommend them to everyone.

All of the workers on the job site, especially Matt and Kevin, conducted themselves professionally. They were always on time, courteous, accommodating, and cleaned up after themselves each and every day. All of the hardscape items i.e. the fencing and deck, were done by Joh Svehla, or Jon supervised one or two skilled workers. The flagstone pathways were laid in by Matt and Kevin as well as one or two others at times. All of the hardscape items look beautiful and were expertly installed. I provided Jon with a drawing of a gate and pergola I designed, and he executed it's construction flawlessly and exactly. Jon, Matt and Kevin went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful, many times going the extra mile to do something I had asked them to do.

We hired Landwell to create a landscape plan for our front and backyard based on their modern aesthetic and quality workmanship. We were very pleased with the design and decided to have them complete the landscaping in the backyard. Throughout the project Jon, Joslyn and the entire team were friendly and professional and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our new backyard is a great extension of our living space and we are enjoying every free moment in the relaxing environment they created. We're looking forward to having them complete the front yard design soon!

The work done by Joslyn, Jon and their team provided premium service for me. I had tried three previous landscape companies and am grateful to have finally found Landwell. The design was exactly what I wanted and the installation exceeded my expectations. The crew worked very hard; cleaned up at the end of each day; were polite and friendly.
