“Enrique and his partner Jason recently completed the landscape design for my 3/4 acre lot. I have to say I'm very happy with the final product...They created a very thorough and visually pleasing design, as if I had commissioned a painting with a talented artist, and a professional engineer at the same time. They work with a tech consultant Laurence, who created an over the top cool 3D rendering of the project....a kind of a virtual reality video that is unique, and truly impressive. I was immediately impressed with Enrique's focus on the yard as viewed from various rooms in the house. This job was quite complex, yet no stones were left unturned. The design project involved a remodel of the front, back, and side yards including: a new brick and gravel driveway, a brick entryway, and porch with trellis in the front yard. The back yard features a flagstone with brick trim patio, built in barbecue, reclaimed beam pergola shading an adjoining stone patio, with brick fireplace, a putting green, 120 vine vineyard, and a road map of winding crushed granite pathways connecting all of the above. Enrique did a fine job of creating a drought tolerant, deer proof plant list, while including many of my requested favorites. He masterfully positioning them within the existing plants and trees to create the garden I had dreamed of. I can't wait to get started with the installation! That said, using an independent designer enables you to seek bids from competing contractors for the installation. With the crazy high prices of landscaping in the Bay Area, this approach also enables you to complete the job in phases with various subcontractors if you prefer. I'm confident that Enrique and Jason will consult me in this process as well. They get the highest marks for accessibility, and follow thru...amazing in that department. They made me feel like they were just as excited about the project as I was...A client can't ask for more than that!”
