Lantana Homes

Lantana Homes was founded in 1995 with the idea of reducing the stress in building a custom home. This involves providing excellent customer service, along with building quality and craftsmanship into each of our homes. Our goal is accomplished by using a team approach, which includes you, Mark Pritchard, and our highly qualified suppliers and subcontractors. We have been granted 4 and 5 stars (5 stars is the highest given) by the City of Austin Green Building Program on some of our projects. The use of green sustainable materials helps our home owners see lower energy costs and reduced maintenance on their homes.
