Fast, Easy to work with, Deep understanding of construction ,Always careful with the plans,PICKS UP THE PHONE ! ( Very Rare) I have worked with several design teams in the last 40 years and right now, I could not even tell you the name or find the phone number of anyone I would trust except Larry. Larry is in my speed dial and we talk all the time about subs and projects. I consult with my clients and family, trying to send L M S Designs work anytime they start to talk about building. I do not send out referrals often, but when I do I feel really good about L M S Designs. If you need an example of his work, use my project and call me to ask any questions. My husband and I loved working with Larry. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and had some excellent ideas on completing our home. Always accessible by phone, text or email. Larry was very prompt with plans and any changes to be made. We would strongly recommend him. We also loved the construction crew he referred us to, Custom Cut Carpentery. Very capable, hard working and fast!

Larry is very easy to work with, and has a lot of great ideas and helpful suggestion's. This is a first house that we have started from the ground up and he treated each of our questions with respect even if it wasn't something that could be done. He would then explain why it would or wouldn't work.
