cut out and core ten steel (a 1' deep section) put across the south side of the lawn.
Alan signed my contract for $1,975.00 and I went outside to photo graph their potential design. I noticed early on that Erika was constantly whispering behind me to Alan. I assured them that I would produce a beautiful design. The original design was only for the yard, but a day or two later when I called and asked for $500.00 more to include the hillside to the north, Erika said no, so I promptly dropped my request. This would add at least 4-6 hours additional time.
I came over at 10:00 AM on April 4 to measure the hillside, which included numerous existing shrubs and trees, plus a 4' retaining wall and an 8' retaining wall about 15'-17'
above the 4' retaining wall.
On April 18 I met Erika and Alan to show them their conceptual design. After an hour and a half they paid me $1000.00 for the conceptual design.
In the days following this Erika and Alan emailed me numerous times about solving the problem of the 8' (heat wall). I suggested vines, ornamental grasses and painting the wall. Erika took this all wrong and said as much about "painting the wall". I decided that painting the wall a neutral color was the ultimate solution. Keep in mind that Erika experienced internet failure or no-internet access.
On May 3, 2017 I received a very negative email from Erika and a letter from Alan in the same email saying very negative things about me and my business.
I operate a very professional, very experienced business and bend over back ward to
