We love working with Laura and her highly creative and motivated team. They always bring fresh new ideas to their work and appreciate the importance of paying attention to the small details. The team is cohesive and well organized, always checking up on the status of their projects to make sure everything is going to plan, and leaving little room for error.

We worked with Laura U on a gorgeous Houston penthouse. We provided the POP art and she did the rest.....basically everything. The home is beautiful, warm, fun and happy....as are the owners. Laura has used our art in a few other projects and she always finds the perfect spot for the art to POP. Looking through her photos I am struck with how she can and does pull off so many different looks and styles. It has always been a pet peeve of mine when designers repeat the same look over and over. Absolutely not the case with Laura U. I also love the way she can make anything work....you have a traditional home but love your bright loud piece ....don't think it will work in your new interior? Wrong, Laura will find the spot and it will work.

Laura 's team did an amazing job for me. They are creative and are willing to work within my budget. They put things together that I was a bit concerned about, but when I saw the final installation I was completely blown away. They have worked with me on 3 projects so far and I can say that I am not the easiest person to work for, because I have high expectations. I am hiring them for the 4th time in a few months. I am very excited about working with them again. I have worked with Leticia and Jillian teams and they both did an excellent job.

My firm has worked with LauraU on two large projects. Both projects were challenging in both scope and timeline, yet the LauraU team delivered. We needed help decorating our house in Montrose. We'd seen Laura U's work, both online and at her shop, and called for a consult. We found her to be a good listener as her design concept was spot on to our wishes. We hired her firm for our project. We found working with Laura and her team to be a great experience. She is organized and we felt well informed during the entire process. The budget and timeline were honored. We were so impressed with our first experience, we hired Laura U for a "phase 2" to fill in some rooms we had left out of the main project. Laura U's team is very professional and easy to work with. I was impressed with the very high quality of custom pieces, and meticulous painters, wall paper installers ect who are all part of the install process. Tough to find modern and fresh interiors in Houston Texas but Laura U's team will listen to your style and make it come to life! When I found Laura U's page here on Houzz several months ago, the business' profile seemed to jump off the screen. I sat for what now seems like forever scoring over each picture of transformation in her galleries. By the time I clicked over to her website and saw her awards, style and became entertained and fascinated with her informative and helpful blog I knew I had to work with her. The process was everything I could have dreamed of a more. Laura has an incredible ability to both read minds/ anticipate taste's and to put you at ease/ lessen anxiety. After listening to my ideas (which I'm sure sounded all over the place) she and her expert team (composed of some of the most bubbly, competent and professional ppl ever) came up with a design vision and execution plan that was exactly what I was imagining and much more. She brought together my LA/New York style and mixed in our world travels in a very organic and modern way. Aside from just the design, Laura U helped me do a full outdoor revamp and connected me with a contractor who did a wonderful rennovation of our kitchen and master bath (I now refer to as "An angel with a hammer" when recommending him to friends). The renovation/ interior design was completed in a timely and efficient manner and the outcome was truly more then my husband and I could have ever imagined for ourselves. A true transformation that aside from just looking amazing, it actually makes us FEEL amazing about our world and the life we are creating on a daily basis. Expectations were exceeded to the point that we're actually a little bummed the interior design adventure for us has ended. Cannot say enough about how talented Laura is and what a joy it has been to work with Laura U, inc.!
