This is not my first renovation, but my first with Lavish. There were many bumps and road locks along the way which happens when you take on a project. However, I feel this company places more value in the project managers opinions as opposed to the customer. Unfortunately we did not part ways amicably due to their lack of even coming to my home to see the problem I was left with and did not offer any resolution. Therefore, I would not recommend this company but if you decide to use them, proceed with caution. Note…project competition date was June 28, but ended unresolved in September.

The Lavish team did such an incredible job in helping us find our home in Raleigh! The entire process was made so easy by the team and they were there for us every single step of the way. As new home buyers, we really wanted to work with someone we could trust, someone who was personable, and someone that would give us good, honest advice. I used Lavish to help me decorate my new home after a divorce. I wanted the design to showcase my taste and my own personality. Jenny met with me to discuss the vision I had for the decor. She created designs that spoke to that vision and then helped me finalize the design and decor in the home. I was blown away by the recommendations Jenny had that enhanced the look and feel that I was going for. I am very pleased with the final outcome and she helped make this house feel like home.

The Lavish team did an exceptional job with our new home! The home has 2 living rooms and I didn't know what to do with one of them. I was prepared to buy furniture for an extra living room because I thought that's what you do. Then Jenny and her team took a look at the space and came up with the great idea of making one of the large living rooms a dining room so I could host my big family. The traditional dining room then became a cocktail lounge. They turned this vision of theirs into a reality and I could not be happier! They were so fun and professional to work with too! This is why you hire Lavish!

Lavish is the cutest retail store in Raleigh! You can find anything from the latest fashionable jewelry to wine to cute decorative pillows for your couch! Their full interior design services are also top notch. Always making each customer feel like they are the only one and keeping in constant communication during the project as well as caring enough to check on you after it's over. They will also invite you to their monthly events continuing to make you feel welcome! They helped me with the design of my apartment and were easy to work with as well as extremely helpful in bringing my vision to life while working within my budget. Totally recommend them!
