Without question, we would highly recommend David Mancuso of Lazarus and Sargeant. David is a talented professional with terrific insight, exceptional taste, and keen understanding. A masterful architect, David is a most capable and competent individual. We purchased an irregular-shaped seaside lot with the intent of building a dream house which would embrace the location and take full advantage of the waterside landscape. Throughout the process, David listened to our ideas and tailored the design plan to fit our desires and optimize the true potential of the building site. Our home is under construction as of this writing, and we are so very pleased! David has taken our direction and input, and has artfully made our vision a reality; vintage coastal elegance on the shores of Southern New England !

I worked with David Mancuso on a remodel of a house I bought that he designed for the old home owners. I loved what he had done design wise for the house and had him come up with detail plans for my unfinished areas. We were very happy with what he came back with as design ideas for the additional area. It was great to see 3D visuals of the space. It is now one of the nicest areas in the house now and certainly a wow when guest visit. Not only is it designed beautifully it is also very functional for the family. David is a pleasure to work with and have since used him for multiple projects. Looking forward to working with him in the near future to build a new home.

Services included developing a new home plan for beachfront property. This included coordinating engineers and surveyors in conjunction with respecting town zoning issues. The plan required modification to pass zoning board approval in a strict town ordinance environment.

Lazarus and Sargeant have designed several of my past, personal homes as well as the renovation of my current home. Their designs are thoughtful and they always provide top grade service. I look forward to working with them in the future and would recommend them highly.
