They continue to be a valued resource even after completion. Jon, Sadie, Evan and Steven were a delight to work with. Their attention to detail was on point organizing the multitudes of decisions with a ground up project. They focused on quality subs who delivered quality craftsmanship. Legacy's overall communication and reliability along with problem solving skills were top notch. As with any project, there are bumps in the road, Legacy assessed the issue and provided options and solutions every time. This is a rarity with contractors, but it Legacy cares about the project, and their reputation. Next time we build, you know that Legacy will be our first call.

Our new kitchen is absolutely beautiful, and I love that Sadie presented a redesign of the kitchen area. I reached out to Legacy looking for a quality company that wasn't charging an outrageous amount for a kitchen remodel. They worked with us to allow us to do some work to help keep the cost down and I am so thankful for them. I thought I would not be able to remodel my kitchen until we had some great discussions. The quote and systems they use are easy to help keep track of your total budget. Steven was great to work with along with all their contractors. John is by far the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. Being in the real estate industry we are constantly looking for contractors who are fair, honest, and do great work and John checks them all off. He will be my go-to from now on!

Simply put, Legacy Builders were amazing to work with from start to finish. Communication is top notch, everyone we worked with (Jon, Sadie, Evan and Steven) were easy to get ahold of and were quick to respond. Jon and Sadie took the time up front to help us design our ADU and the final product reflected that, even going over potential hiccups that could happen so we would be aware and prepared if anything did happen. Their estimates of work, and project management skills are top notch offering different options for estimates depending on which kind of work/look we wanted. They’re super flexible and work with you to get things just the way you like for as close to your budget as is possible. Evan (our project manager) would always keep us in the loop about when things were happening and next steps to come, so we were never left wondering "what's happening next?". They’re loyal to their people, and their people are loyal to them. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing construction/design work done. If we have another project in the future we will definitely be returning costumes.. oh yeah and our project ended up being completed a whole 2 MONTHS than the original estimated completion date! We absolutely LOVE our ADU- now 840sqft which my husband and I live in and couldn’t have done it without Legacy Builders.
