Matt and Dave and their crew are everything you want in a contractor. They bring expertise to every aspect of the job, whether it's the heavy duty construction work or the fine details. We initially used them for a project where we removed multiple walls, including a load-bearing exterior wall, and installed a 20-foot accordion door. It was a unique job, and they handled everything from installing the 900 lb. steel beam to hanging a wallpaper mural that required exact precision. And on the few things they had to sub out, like electrical, they brought in fairly priced, excellent subcontractors that we had great experiences with. On top of that, the guys at Legacy are punctual, professional, and just great people. There are a million small decisions to make during the process, and they always consulted us, but had very solid recommendations--whether it was how to handle unexpected issues that didn't show up in the architect's schematics or design elements like trim styles and shades of stain. They provided the best bid we received, stayed on budget, and completed the project ahead of time. I can't say enough good things about them. In a matter of weeks, they transformed our home, while minimizing the impact to our daily lives. We've since used them for smaller maintenance projects and are about to engage them for multiple other larger projects. We'll never look for another contractor again!

We were so happy with our kitchen renovation! The owners, Matt and Dave, were very knowledgeable and professional and understood exactly what we visioned and were able to help us bring it to life. We were also very impressed with their team who showed up every morning and worked hard into the evening. They were very responsive when we needed to make a change or fix something. Legacy Contracting was a complete pleasure to work with as we added more space and a bathroom to our second floor. Dave and his team did such high-quality work with top-notch attention to detail. Dave really listened to our vision, worked well with our architect, and gave us just what we wanted. Our house is 85 years old and we knew to expect the unexpected. When a few minor surprises arose, Dave problem-solved with us and his team to get everything just right. We've used Legacy for two large home renovations (in 2017 and 2023) and some smaller projects in between. On our most recent job we had a tight (3 month) window for a major home renovation and from past experience knew that we could only trust this team to get the work done within the timeframe and up to our quality standards -- which they did, on time and on budget. Very willing to work with you to achieve the best outcome on a specific budget and remain flexible throughout the project to amendments along the way. Most importantly in a construction crew, they stand by their word, will be onsite when they say they will be there, and remain committed to your project until it gets to done. They employ a dedicated and loyal crew with very skilled specialties and manage a number of subs as projects require. We highly recommend Dave, Matt, and team!

We chose Legacy Contracting for our high end master bedroom/bathroom renovation as well as a smaller project in our home. The quality of their work, the attention to detail and their personal touch was outstanding. The team accommodated all of our personal choices and any changes along the way to make the finished product perfect! Dave, Matt, and their crew (Franklin and team) were true professionals - arrived when they committed, provided expert guidance and estimates, and delivered as promised. They were transparent about estimates and pricing, and their experience was apparent, in their planning, guidance, and execution. We were thoroughly pleased with the quality of work. We had kitchen countertops and backsplash replaced, and the quality of work was outstanding. We would recommend Legacy, and look forward to working with them again.

Can't recommend them enough! Matt and his team installed amazing built in shelves & cabinets on the sides of our fireplace. Five stars is not enough for Legacy Contracting ! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and couldn’t believe the detail and pride they put into their work, it was refreshing to see. We hired Legacy for a full Kitchen Remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. We had met with several Kitchen and Bath Re-modelers, but the moment Dave and Matt walked into the house we knew they were the ones. Dave walked around the house and just noticed things everyone else (including myself) had missed. He offered advice and said “We’ll fix that” to several little things I never even noticed. .We just hoped his bid would not come in too high. We were delighted when they came in at a very fair price. Not the lowest, but well under the highest, we booked them on the spot. On day 1, the crew showed up, and we immediately noticed that everyone that walked through our door was pleasant, thoughtful and meticulous about the jobs they were performing. These guys are Sensational! Legacy made our home look brand new. The project included Siding, windows, stone work, retaining walls, reconstructed porch and main bathroom. We had Dave and his team rip up our tiled kitchen floor and put down new hardwood to match the existing hardwood floor. Not only was Legacy very reasonably priced but they went above and beyond to make sure it was completed on time and correctly. The craftsmanship of his team was top notch as they were able to weave in the new hardwood flawlessly. My wife and i couldn't be happier with the job they did. Also the staining and finishing of the entire first floor was great and we have beautiful hardwood floors. I thank Dave and his team at Legacy for an amazing job and would recommend them to anyone needing work done!

We were referred to Legacy Contracting by several people. They are a quality operation from start to finish. We witnessed firsthand the level of professionalism from all. Each member of Legacy, from Owner down earned our trust and respect and treated our home as though it were their own. We renovated approximately 1,100 sq ft of the main part of our home. Legacy Contracting removed all of the walls, resulting in an open concept new Kitchen, Dining and Living Area that we had desired for years. The quality and design of their craftsmanship was amazing. In fact, several visitors to our home assumed we hired an architect to do the design prior to having Legacy do the renovation, when in reality it was Legacy who offered the suggestions.
