My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I had legrande adorns switches and plugs installed throughout my house during a recent renovation and it’s a disaster. The Wifi system / app never works and the best customer service advice is to try unplugging the device. It’s been a massive headache and a huge waste of money.
