I am so happy with my new kitchen that LFM remodeled for me! The thing I can say about LFM is that they were very attentive to detail and their tradesmen really all did such amazing jobs. Our kitchen was super old and outdated and they transformed it into a highly modern, highly functional space. Tommy was such a great communicator, as was the rest of the team that we met. We always knew what was going on each day. They did a good job at staying in our budget that we discussed and getting the work done on time, which was such a relief! Our kitchen really has started to feel so special to us since we met LFM and since we worked with Tommy to transform our home.

My wife and i found LFM online while searching for contractors to remodel our bathroom for us. Since contacting them, every part of the process has been smooth and easy. They are really good listeners and it felt like they had our backs, honestly. Can’t say that much when it comes to this industry. The work came out incredible too and we noticed how attentive they were to detail which is really important to us. David was always on time and always communicating clearly about every part of the process. We loved working with the whole LFM team and meeting all of them and we love the finished product. Our bathroom is so much lighter and more spacious thanks to the direction of LFM.

We are still working with Lior and LFM Remodeling on the completion of our bathroom, laundry room and kitchen remodel project. We are expecting the project to be done on May 1, 2024, and we look forward to all commitments being met.

We had two bathrooms remodeled with LFM and couldn’t be happier. From our initial meeting with Tommy the project manager until completion of the bathrooms there wasn’t a time when we felt we weren’t in good hands. Tommy was either on-site or an always answered phone call away. Javier, head of construction and his crew were the most hard-working and most pleasant people we’ve ever had do work in our home. At the end of each day they cleaned up and always left with a smile.

Our experience with LFM Remodeling was outstanding. We did a major remodeling of our master bedroom/bath suite that entailed a total renovation of the bath and the addition of a walk-in closet. And, while the bath area is not huge, the remodeling required a significant change to the placement of fixtures and utilities. The project management and the work done by the LFM Remodeling team and their subcontractors was outstanding. There was excellent coordination among the various crafts and with the county for obtaining permits and inspections. The crew was on site throughout the duration of the project. They arrived every morning on schedule. They isolated the work area with plastic to have minimal dust or disruption in the rest of the house.

LFM Remodeling renovated my kitchen and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. They were efficient through the whole process, met every deadline, and communicated well. It felt like I was calling the shots. They do great, high quality work. Loved working with Leo!

My wife and I really did our homework when it came time to remodel the entire first floor of our house (kitchen, bath, dining room, living room, windows, doors, and floors). We spent numerous time researching and meeting with contractors for ideas and estimates. With a flexible work schedule, we had time to meet with many. The moment we met Leo from LFM Remodeling, we knew he was the one. Leo showed the patience and understanding of what my wife and I were trying to accomplish and he had wonderful ideas for those details that we were indecisive about. To make the decision process even easier for us, his pricing was extremely fair and attractive. Once we signed and the work began, his crew was outstanding. They were professional, clean, and talented. Another thing we were impressed about during the construction was that Leo was often at our house monitoring the work and, at times, even performed some tasks. The project was completed in a timely manner as Leo explained to us prior. The quality of work was beautiful. My wife and I are so happy with the results and was fortunate to have no issues. Leo remained patient with us and accommodated us throughout the project as, at times, we requested some changes in the original plans. Our friends and family that were familiar with how our house looked before the construction can't believe it is the same house. And for all our friends and family who came to our house for the first time after the construction, each and everyone of them made compliments about its beautiful looks and design. I’ve never met a remodel contractor more focused on the details and customer experience. Leo is extremely reliable and knows that he’s doing on al his remodels. Getting to know him has been a blessing and I know 100% that every job he does is spectacular.

LFM Remodeling was absolutely awesome to work with on our long awaited Master Bathroom remodel! Leo, the owner was very hands on in helping us design out new bathroom and pick out all of the materials, even meeting us several places to help pick out tile, flooring and granite... Leo met with us at our home and worked with us on a design for the remodel. He listened to what we wanted and designed a great solution for us! He was great in meeting all of our design needs and answering our many questions about the construction schedule, invoicing, ordering and delivery of the materials and all of the many details involved with the project. Jose, Matt, Pitter, the construction crew was awesome! not only were they very friendly and polite, but very neat every day that they were in our home. They cleaned up each and every day that they were working, even down to dusting the furniture at the end of the day! We cannot say enough about their quality as remodelers and as people to invite into our home! All in all, we are extremely pleased with our choice of LFM Remodeling and our bathroom remodeler....we absolutely made the right choice! We would highly recommend them to anyone!

TLDR - Highly recommend this company. They do excellent work and are honest and professional. We hired Leo and LFM Remodeling team when we discovered a leak in the bathroom and decided to do a full remodel since it had never been updated. Leo was great to work with and very upfront with pricing, we had a certain tile in mind and he was actually able to find us the same tile for a cheaper price from a different supplier. So he was able to save us money! We love how the bathroom turned out, what a transformation! Definitely going to hire them for our future kitchen remodel.

We just recently renovated our home with a new kitchen, master bathroom, and basement and couldn’t be happier with the result. The LFM staff and sub-contractors were great: professional, courteous, trustworthy, and highly-skilled. We especially enjoyed working with Leo, he took command of the project from the beginning – fully understanding the scope of the project and our preferences and tastes, as well as guiding the craftsmen and sub-contractors, when necessary, to ensure high quality work that would meet our high standards. It was obvious to my wife and I that Leo is very knowledgeable about all of the many facets of a large and complicated job such as ours. During our daily meetings, we were always impressed that Leo knew exactly what was taking place, what had taken place, and what was yet to take place – keeping it all organized and communicating clearly with us. My wife and I were always comforted to know that whenever we mentioned even the smallest of details to Leo, it was obvious to us that he was well aware of it and was already addressing it. Leo’s technical knowledge and fine interpersonal skills were a refreshing reminder that construction projects need a project manager and we got a great one. Leo was the point of contact that, through demonstrated actions, always assured us that our project was in good hands. Best of all, Leo ensured the project was completed to our satisfaction and ahead of schedule.

After doing research on several different options in Austin for our master bathroom tub to shower conversion, we decided to go with LFM Remodeling. Like anybody when it comes to doing projects like this we were concerned with problems arising adding to the costs. Leo, the project manager, was clear and concise with information and pricing. Adam was our technician performing the install and while there was issues that presented themselves, he just addressed them as they came up, and moved on without phone calls about how it was going to be more expensive. We appreciated this. We financed our project and we were approved for much more then the cost of our project. I've been around long enough to know that sometimes companies in renovation, remodel, even automotive will take that opportunity to increase the ticket price. LFM never asked us for another cent over what we discussed the first day before beginning any work. That's a big deal to me. Final product is beautiful and my wife absolutely loves it and that's even a bigger deal to me. Thank you LFM Remodeling and staff for your integrity and quality of work. You've created a couple more happy customers and we will be recommending you and likely seeing you again in the future for other projects!

I contacted California Green Builders to do the roof repairs. My house is a three-stories house in flood zone and it got elevated. Crew had no problem with that. They told me that I don't need to be onsite when they were doing the job. Then they came and finished every repair, sending pictures to me to demonstrate their work. They were fast, professional, and high efficient. Wonderful experience.
