My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Lucy Johnson was amazing to work with and helped me bring my vision for a "Boho Mid-Century Modern" style to life in my studs out remodel in West Seattle. She was there with me every step of the way. She grasped immediately what I was looking for and nailed it with the first bathroom designs she showed me. In fact both my powder room and my primary bath received awards from the local chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. She also helped with selecting the type of wood and stain for my custom cabinets, the kitchen layout as well as my built in dining room cabinet. I seriously don't know how I could have brought my vision to life without her. Thank you Lucy! I just love my home thanks to you!

We are thrilled with the vision Lucy Johnson brought to our master bath project! We were stumped how to maintain our same bathroom footprint while moving the shower so it could be much larger and more attractive. Lucy's creativity and excellent use of space helped us not only expand our shower but to also add more space to our closet as well as adding a large linen cabinet. She provided excellent design plans to our contractor which ensured the construction was smooth and accurate. Lucy is a pleasure to work with and a consummate professional...she did a great job creating a relaxing and lovely master bath!

Lucy has a lot of great ideas and knowledge about what designs work well for bathrooms and kitchens. She gave us a lot to think about and consider in order to make the right choices for our remodel. We are still in the building phase but I am sure we will be very happy with our remodel once it is complete.

It was a pleasure to work with Lucy Johnson on the design of our 1951 one story 1,200 SF home with a basement in West Seattle. Lucy listened to what we where striving to achieve and then presented a couple of different options and ideas for us to review. Systematically, we worked the design initially from concept to design development to construction documents. Lucy's floor plans and elevations made it easy for the experience plan reader as well as a novice to understand what one's home would look like after it was built out. There was always open dialogue along the 3 different design stages until we settled on a design that we are now moving forward to refresh the home's family room, kitchen, bathrooms and master bedroom on the main level. Also we have a design that we will be able to convert a cold dark basement into a cozy apartment for family and friends that come to visit the Pacific NW.

I loved working with Lucy on the design for my new kitchen. She came to my home and immediately understood my style and preferences based on the colors already in my home. When I saw her recommendations for cabinets, tile and backsplash, it was obvious that she was paying close attention to everything she saw and could envision the end result. She was quick to respond to my questions along the way. I'd definitely recommend her services!

Lucy did a great job helping us transform our basement from an outdated area that no one would want to be in, to the room where everyone wants to hang out. Great communication. Great ideas. Very creative, timely, and helpful. I would recommend her.

Lucy was a huge help for us and saw it thru from beginning to end. We remodeled our Kitchen which included new cabinets, taking out a wall, changing a window, tiles, floor, lighting, appliances as well as plumbing and electrical updates . In all honesty, we couldn’t have gotten it done without her. She figured out the best use of space; and gave us product and color recommendations to choose from all along the way so we could make our choices without feeling overwhelmed. Lucy recommended some contractors that had experience working in a mid century home as well and when certain complications arose; the contractor and Lucy worked together to amend the plan and let us know all the way thru. We truly appreciated her input throughout and the clear communication as she answered all our questions. In the end, a great kitchen that opened up and lightened up the whole house and completed with a lot less stress. We highly recommend her and would use her again.

Lucy carefully considered what we were looking for in a new kitchen and what was lacking in the existing kitchen. She introduced us to some fabulous ideas and helped us choose materials and colors for every component of the kitchen. When problems or questions arose during construction she was always there to help.
