From educating me all about my hardwood floors to completely making them look brand new, I'm convinced there's nothing they can't do with hardwood floors. The thing that stood out to me the most was how much they cared about my floors, as if they were their own. That really is important and showed that they take pride in what they do. Kent Rogerson and his Low Country Team are absolute professionals! Low Country replaced all the flooring (including stairs) in my home and I couldn't be happier with their performance. Kent took the time up front to thoroughly explain my options and the process. Once the work began, his hard working Team was polite, timely and extremely neat. Kent was often on the job and always available if needed. Low Country stuck to the schedule and the price I was quoted is exactly what was paid - no hidden charges. I couldn't ask for more. In addition to the floors, Kent was instrumental in obtaining solid 18ft wood beams for my living room ceiling. They were sanded and finished to perfection and look outstanding. Now I not only get compliments on my floors but my ceiling as well. Kent is passionate about his profession and it clearly shows in the quality of his work. Kent and the Lowcountry flooring crew installed our floors 2.5 years ago. His business is located in Pawley’s Island SC. When we first met with Kent we were very impressed with his knowledge and his patience in explaining all the intricacies of flooring. It was clear he’s very passionate about his work! First, he walked us through the entire process from the different types of woods, to the stains and then the finishing process. Kent took his time Educating us on the ins and outs of the entire process. Believe me it’s a process!!! He was Always a phone call away if we had questions and made sure we knew that. This was very important to us, being new to the building process. He explained it all in a way we could understand without overwhelming us. We had no idea how many different grades of woods and finishes there actually are. We are so grateful he was honest and forthcoming with us throughout the entire process. We could not have been more pleased with him and his crew’s work. Our floors turned out amazing! Fast forward to today. We had an issue with some movers damaging our flooring. Kent made a special trip over to examine the damage and came up with a plan of action. As he was here he also noticed the wrong cleaning products had been applied to our floors which caused a shiny film. He immediately contacted his providing company to see what could be done to correct this. He right away stated there’s no way I am leaving your floors looking that! Not only did he get out to our home within a week, his crew spent two full days working to get our floors back to their original beauty! We are so very impressed and thankful that after that amount of time, he still felt obligated to make sure our floors remained in great condition and that we were happy. I cannot say enough good things about Kent and his crew. Their Professionalism and most importantly their knowledge is unmistakably the BEST! Who knew there’s so many different factors in flooring! I highly recommend Low Country flooring!

Excellent work! Wasnt sure ANYONE could get the orange out of my floors but Kent did!! He transformed them to a beautiful bleached floor that i wanted. Miracle worker :)

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Low Country Flooring! They took our 55 yr. hardwood floors and made them Come back to life again! Not only that, but there was NO dust! They have a portable dust trailer that extracts all the dust from your floors as they work!!! What an unexpected treat that was. The professionalism was felt from the owner as well as each employee we dealt with. Low Country Flooring is well worth the money and the wait!!

Kent and his crews did a truly amazing job on the flooring in our new home on the creek. From picking out the flooring, to measuring, installing, and finishing they truly are top notch. As a local home builder and owner of Benchmark Construction, I’ve worked with numerous “flooring professionals” during my 20 years in the business. Unfortunately, most of those supposed professionals lacked the knowledge and expertise I expected. Low Country Flooring did a flooring job for me at The Reserve in Litchfield a number of years ago. Kent and the Lowcountry flooring crews completely transformed my once tired looking oak floors into a new vibrant amazing floor. Every aspect of the process from picking out stain colors to the finished product was professional, punctual and courteous. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and really take pride in doing the job right. I highly Lowcountry flooring for any new or refinish flooring projects.

Had almost 1000 square feet of 14 year old Australian Cypress hardwood flooring that had been poorly installed and badly scratched. Kent Rogerson and his team at Low Country flooring did a fabulous job of properly securing, sanding and refinishing the floor. It is now absolutely gorgeous, better than new, and the amazing thing is his dust-free process did not leave the mess that normally accompanies refinishing. His people were very professional, always on time and meticulous in their work. I highly recommend them.

We recently remodeled our 19-year-old home, including the refinishing of our American Cherry hardwood floors and the addition of 1500 SF of new hardwood floors finished to match the existing floors, including a custom European oil finish coated with HD Traffic as a top layer. Kent Rogerson and his team at Lowcountry Flooring in Pawleys Island performed the work. Not only is Kent extremely knowledgeable and capable with any hardwood flooring, each of his team members was professional, trustworthy, and very skilled. We recommend their work with the highest confidence. Additionally, after a painter damaged the top layer of our newly-finished floors by using a solvent to clean them, Kent came quickly to fix the problem and charged us very fairly for the two-day repair process. Our floors are gorgeous. We could not be happier with Kent’s work.

Foolishly I used another local flooring company to start my homes hardwood install and refinishing project - luckily after I fired them for sending over drug addicts - I found Ken and Low County Flooring and they cleaned up the mess and finished the project on time on budget and beautiful work !
