L. Rose Design Interiors has been fantastic with helping me select fabrics and items that have turned out perfectly beautifully, on time, and elegant. Working with L. Rose herself is a delightful experience as she is enthusiastic, loyal, and stays with a customer until complete satisfaction is reached. My items, a beautifully re-upholstered sofa bed and ottoman, and a window seat bench are beyond what I expected in terms of beauty and quality. Deliveries were on time and prompt as promised. I could not be happier with this relationship and will use L.Rose again and again!

I would give Lakesha a 6++ if I could. She helped me to stage my house prior to listing it for sale. She is a very good listener and payed close attention to the needs that I had while making amazingly creative and beautiful changes. I had to completely redecorate a few rooms and she helped me with the ordering of the items, unpacking, getting decorations from the store, she even rolled up her sleeve and helped me to organize my closets. The final product was truly stunning and my house sold in a few days. Lakesha is amazing. She’s amazingly talented and hard working. It was a complete pleasure to work with her!!

Lakesha is a really gifted designer. I've been doing business for 30 years and have worked with her for 6-7 years. Working with her is always a pleasure, and her design style is very sophisticated. She is a detail-oriented professional. She is a thoughtful designer and really listens to what a client needs, whether she is working on a commercial space or residential home. We've worked closely with Lakesha on several projects. She has a very clear vision as to the design, color and concept she is looking for. L Rose Interior Design provided a kitchen renovation for my Gold Coast condo. While I thought I only wanted new countertops I soon realized that the vision shared by L Rose Interior Design was exactly what I needed. I truly appreciate the incredible design acumen from L Rose Interior Design. Clearly, the years and years of design experience aided in the level of competence L Rose Interior Design brought to my project. L Rose Interior Design worked very closely with me on prioritizing changes in order to remain within my budget and found beautiful solutions to incorporate those elements which were not changed. L Rose Interior Design demonstrated thorough attention to detail and worked closely with the Architect and Project Manager to ensure everything was done according to my desired outcome. From weekend meetings to multiple project site visits - there was nothing too small for L Rose Interior Design to oversee on this project. Additionally, I truly appreciated the way L Rose Interior Design took the lead when change orders popped up - such as when the ceiling was opened only to find our original lighting plan would not work. The builder suggested a solution, however when I contacted L Rose Interior Design they immediately stopped the work until arrival later that morning to review the suggested change...I'm SO GRATEFUL this occurred because the design solution FAR EXCEEDED the recommended solution from the builder. This new ceiling lighting plan is exactly what I needed for the lighting of the kitchen for my television and print projects. It also works perfectly with the overall design. This is an example of L Rose Interior Design's keen awareness of how I use my kitchen and what I needed from the new design: not just FORM but also FUNCTION. L Rose Interior Design was very "hands-on" and worked closely with me on all aspects of the project. I experienced a challenge with one of the plumbing contractors (hired by the Builder) and discussed the challenge with L Rose Interior Design. They took charge of the problem and worked to immediately resolve my issue with the contractor and builder - even though I didn't expect them to step in...just an example of the "customer-centered" focus of L Rose Interior Design. L Rose Interior Design is not a group that will sell just for the sake of selling. Instead, they ensure the design idea makes sense with the overall project. I found this out when I discussed changing one of my appliances. L Rose Interior Design listened to my POV, then helped me understand the pros and cons of that possible appliance switch. Ultimately we came up with a solution that works perfectly, didn't add time to the project and saved me $7,500! Fabulous! How many designers focus on helping you save money? Not many and trust me this is the 4th home I've renovated so I have a bit of experience in this area. The project took a few weeks longer than expected due to construction issues (electrical) - which meant I had to remain in my temporary apartment longer than planned. L Rose Interior Design was in touch with the Project Manager DAILY to ensure the contractors expedited my project in order to minimize my out of home stay (and thus save the extra money I'd have to spend by extending my temporary apartment). L Rose Interior Design has a very collaborative working style. I would describe L Rose Interior Design as very attentive, super positive attitude, great listening style, customer-centered solutions and hands-on. My resulting design is one I could have never envisioned. The materials chosen such as the hand-stenciled tile take my kitchen to a whole new level. The one-level countertop makes the entire home feel larger, the recommended waterfall edge is INCREDIBLE and CLEAN -- (something I hadn't planned but with the savings referenced earlier I was now able to afford -- with money to spare), and the removal of a cabinet to open up shelves is a true design touch! L Rose Interior Design took the time to meet with me multiple times to understand how I use my kitchen, what my pet peeves were with the existing layout and design (such as the double sink which didn't fit my large serving platters), and most of all respected my budget parameters (at times reminding ME of my budget when I would stray)! This tasteful, updated design has increased my home value based on recent appraisal and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to have worked with L Rose Interior Design. I'm now planning for future projects in other areas of my home utilizing L Rose Interior Design.
