We remodeled our home with Lucinda Loya Interiors a couple of summers ago. Her attention to detail, amazing mix of fabrics, colors and textures, and the very original yet timeless style really transformed the house. We loved working with her and not only did we end up with a super cool vibe in our home but also had fun working on it. She's dynamic!

Lucinda Loya Interiors was the first trade hired for our new-home construction--before the architect or builder. Lucinda's expertise (as a designer, mother and all-around smart, fashion-forward person) was essential to every decision along the way, from the layout of the house to the location of the electric plugs! In terms of interior design, as a client I lean toward practical and comfortable. Lucinda wants everything to be pretty and unique. The end result is the world's coolest, functional house! Example: My dining room table is near the swimming pool, so I wanted it to be able to withstand wet, chlorine-soaked bathing suits. Lucinda covered chrome-based dining chairs with a gold synthetic material, chose a glass top and put the whole thing on an outdoor carpet--it's beautiful and indestructible! Every room in my house is breathtaking, but most of the "wow" elements are in the chandeliers, rugs and finishes, because I don't like "tchotchkes" (but, I've seen other LLI clients who have 30 things on a table--I would go nuts, so she went a different direction for me). Most importantly, Lucinda is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life--she has a heart of gold. If you need a designer, don't hesitate--call Lucinda Loya Interiors.

Lucinda Loya collaborated with us during the early stages of a renovation project as an interior design consultant hired by our client. From the beginning, Lucinda brought her tastefully eclectic upscale ideas to the table. One of the meetings actually took place in her own home, which she has turned into one of her most valuable tools to display her work.
