Five years ago my wife and I move to Scottsdale and bought a house. Shortly thereafter we decided to do a moderate size remodel and picked Luxury Remodels. After contact with them Chris came out to her house and eventually presented us with a proposal which same reasonable for the size of the remodel. Eventually we proceeded and we were giving a date of commencement however, the procedure was not started until a couple of months later. This was somewhat disappointing but in all fairness it was during the covid epidemic and in all fairness was not their fault, otherwise I would not be giving them a five-star rating. The remodel took approximately 3 weeks and during that time craftsman were there continuously. A superintendent was assigned to the project and was present each and every day to do the necessary supervision. Also we were assigned a designer from the company that consulted with us on a regular basis. My wife and I were completely pleased at the results and I must say that the level of craftsmanship was very high. Last November we decided on an additional but smaller remodel and again had Luxury do the project.Raymond was the project manager that was assigned to us and was extremely attentive throughout the project the project. At one point the owner of the company came out to review the project and decided that bathroom tiles should be completely redone. Again, as before the workers were there each and every day until completion. The company seems to be highly organized and details were posted on co-construct on a regular basis. All work is now completed and we are happy with the results. I have no hesitation in the recommendation of this company.

They installed brand new custom cabinets, granite tops, all wood flooring in the whole house, painted all walls and ceilings , all new windows and doors, updated all the subzero appliances, which existing were more than 20 years old. Also many other updates and changes to existing floor layout. When we had signed the contract, and Brittany the designer was assigned to us, it allowed us to have a big picture of what every step would look like. Scheduled an in-home estimate. Luxury Remodels no called/no showed. Finally called the company to see what happened and was told the guy that was scheduled to meet with us had to leave the office unexpectedly over 24 hours earlier. Not a "luxury" experience. Very surprised nobody looked at the person's schedule to let customers know he would not be able to do the appointment. We scheduled a baby-sitter to watch our kids and took off work to give Luxury Remodels our full attention. They sent us multiple messages (text/email) reminding us that we had an appointment - then they never showed up. Thank you for wasting our time.

We recently moved to a brand new house and didn't like the options the builder was offering for the laundry room. We worked with Luxury Remodels to design and install the custom laundry room we really wanted. The design team (Becky & Roxie) and project manager (Sean) were highly skilled and very professional. Recently we decided to remodel (gut) our kitchen, hall bath and master bath. The hall bath included removing the shower/ tub and replacing it with a walk in shower. We wanted professional help with our design since we were out of our comfort zone for a project this size. We called several companies and were told either we were out of their service area or to come to their showroom to look at what they offered, this is not what we wanted. Jerzy and Becky came to our house to discuss the scope and agreed to do the remodel in our area. We hired this company late last year to remodel both of our bathrooms and we were truly impressed with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They we're also easy to work with as we had a lot of fine details to the design we wanted. In the end, they gave us exactly what we asked for and finished ahead of schedule. Luxury Remodels really helped make our new kitchen design to have an elegant feel to it. This was a complete kitchen remodel. Everything was gutted and rebuilt. It took almost 2 months to complete but we are beyond happy with the results. I think sometimes people forget about what it is involved in a big remodeling project. Even the process of finding a company to work with was challenging. We initially went with another company but many issues had come up and they lost our trust, and we just didn't feel good heading into the project, so we decided to do more research on remodeling companies in Scottsdale. We finally went with Luxury Remodels for 2 reasons. Their reviews and references. The fact is, they have their act together all across the board, from the design all the way through the execution of the work with fine details. They were honest from the first conversation we had on the phone and really throughout the entire process. Their team made us feel at ease with their experience. There were a few hiccups with our existing plumbing system, but they always found appropriate solutions and workarounds. We were very happy with the work Luxury Remodels did for us. We hired them to remodel all 3 bathrooms and a large chef's kitchen in a 5000SF home. The entire process went pretty smoothly. Found them by doing a Google search, read the reviews and decided to give them a call. I spoke to Jerzy who is the owner. Very knowledgeable and upfront about everything. They came out to our home and talked with us about what we were looking for, their process, budget and some of the design options available to us. We had a somewhat limited budget and they kept their word as we were able to stay under budget. We really liked is how involved they remained throughout the entire remodel. It seemed hectic at times but they are true professionals and I'm very thankful for their expertise and efforts. I hired this company after the new year to remodel my kitchen and they are still working on it but so far I’m truly impressed. Our space was unique because it’s at the back of the home and it’s long and curved in several places. Previously it looked empty but they have done an outstanding job of adding more cabinets, a beautiful center island with a built in wine rack and an additional sink along the back wall with even more counter space. These guys are the real deal and I’m definitely satisfied with what they’ve done. Make sure to talk to Jerzy as he’s the main owner.

We used Luxury Remodels last fall for a bathroom project. They made our bathroom bigger by removing a wall and then gave us same some nice options to choose from for tiles and a new vanity. Over our budget a bit but not really their fault. My husband preferred some higher priced options. I would certainly recommend them if you need a new bathroom.

I hired Lux Remodels to remodel my bathroom and I had a very pleasant experience. I found them online and was pretty impressed with their knowledge and execution. The first thing we noticed right away is that they have a wealth of experience which immediately made us feel comfortable. They were organized and answered every question we had from expanding a section of our kitchen to add a small eat area to the timeline as we really wanted this finished before thanks giving. Lastly the cost was slightly less expensive than the other 2 companies which was an added bonus. As with any remodeling effort, it was noisy and we all had to make adjustments but the bottom line is that Lux Remodels was professional, on time and did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier. Make sure to talk to Jerzy. He’s the owner but he’s very hands on and seemed genuine in all of our interactions.

Very considerate staff, help you through the entire process. Ron and Jersy are great designers and managers that become friends. They were there every step to help us design and pick out all our kitchen and bath cabinets granite tile.... They even worked with us to help secure Granite on weekends. Once the staff got to the house and started you will see why they are so good. The staff cares about you your home and input. Dan and Sam the main construction foreman go the extra mile and produce the highest quality work. The Luxury Remodel's team is very knowledgeable and professional. I had a relatively small job at my home, but they were just as dedicated from start to finish as if it had been a whole home remodel. When I am ready to tackle my master bath, they will be getting the job!

This was an experienced crew, no young kids learning on my nickle. They did excellent work with attention to details that only years of doing this kind of work can bring. We're extremely happy with the results and give them high recommendations to anyone with a construction project.

During the bidding process, I was a bit put off by their name.....Luxury.....it sounded expensive to me....but their bid turned out to be very competitive for the scope of work. I am very pleased with my project. The tile team, Johnny and Nelu, were especially impressive. The entire remodel team was friendly, customer oriented, and professional. Sam was also very accommodating. Jerzy made the bidding and materials selection process painless. The project was completed on the schedule they laid out at the beginning, and it was great to be able to follow the details of my job's schedule, financial, procurement, change orders, etc. on their website. They handled the inevitable snags in a job this size quickly and efficiently. I hope to do my other bathroom with them next spring.
