We were convinced by our realtor to hire Lilliana (Sensitive Information HIdden) to stage our house. ShowHomes.com/Tampa We were told that an agent would stay at our house for security. We signed her contract agreeing that if she moves out before the house sells we pay her $10,000. We were given 2 weeks to get everything out of a 2,000 sq ft house (I’m 70 yrs old). Once the contract was signed she moved in with her family (husband and daughter). She disconnected our security system and shoved it under a cabinet. She had her own internet installed on our house. She had parties by the pool and out of town guests came to stay (4 days) and we were told to stay away because it would make everyone uncomfortable. We were still packing up the garage and had vehicles to sell, but with Lilliana living in our house we had to call ahead to have access to our own driveway. We were still paying the mortgage, water and electric but she took over the house. We were not allowed in without her permission. The Consumer Review Fairness Act was passed in response to reports that some businesses try to prevent people from giving honest reviews about products or services they received.

The absolute worse company I have ever conducted business with. After reaching out to one of the owners Theresa, to meet me at one of my staged properties that I was not happy with (I found to be extremely overpriced, for the amount of furniture set) - not only did I wait for over an hour for her to at least reach out to me, She never showed up! Didn’t even offer to return me any of the money. After having them pick up the rental furniture they never communicated where the key was left at, they BURIED one of my keys in the ground. I do not recommend this company, over priced and extremely unprofessional.

I hired to Tampa Show Homes to stage in 1923 Bungalow that I completely renovated in the Tampa Heights area. There were some challenges with layout because of the size and dimensions the large open area that was created through the remodel. I have never hired staging company before but in this home I knew I needed it. Showhomes Tampa came in and absolutely nailed it. They created the beautifully designed and cozy home with the furniture and lay out and with in a couple weeks I was able to obtain a buyer. They are extremely professional and easy to work with. I was able to communicate with my designer and exchange ideas. I would highly recommend them and I plan on using them again!!

Showhomes Tampa is absolutely amazing! I am a Realtor and have used them multiple times to sell my listings. Showhomes Tampa is able to handle everything from designing and re-organizing to painting, decorating and of course staging! They were able to make suggestions that I never would have thought of that really made a difference to sell my listings for a higher price. I highly recommend them for all of your staging needs!

We are beyond disappointed with Lilyanna Warr & Showhomes. The latest tenants we had destroyed our home, they did not maintain it at all. There were weeds growing in all the pavers, mud wasps nests all in the front entryway, horrible mold in the lanai and front of the house. There was damage to the trim outside the house. Damage to the interior walls, they gouged the trim in my pantry, which matched the cabinets, baseboard chipped, garbage left in the garage, a rolled up carpet and work bench and other items. The garage door motors had birds nests on top of them. One of the nests had an egg in in. My beautiful dining table was destroyed. They burned the top and scratched it beyond repair. That dining room set was very expensive. And to top it off they stole my sideboard from my dining room. I will be sharing this info on ever social media available. I'm extremely disappointed with the service we didn't get and upset beyond belief about our dining room table and stolen sideboard

I listed my house for about 6 weeks. They home is beautiful and completely renovated. We had a few showings but no one could vision how the furniture should be arranged. I staged the house had 10 showing in 2 days and 2 offers. Thank you Thank you Thank you

This company was very professional and prompt when staging my listing. The home is beautiful. Now buyers can see a vision when walking through the house. Before it was the Big Empty but how it is warm and inviting. I know it will sell. This company also does professional pictures for the MLS. One stop shop!

We have a lovely, vacant ,waterfront home with a unique floor plan that left buyers with a challenge about where their furniture should go. I contacted Showhomes of Tampa and they immediately scheduled an appointment to share their design ideas. They were prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. Within 10 days my home went from empty and impersonal to WOW!! They staged all but 2 bedrooms of a 3,000 square foot home in 1 afternoon including rugs, art work and knick knacks. Their use of color, high end furniture and design pieces was more than I had hoped for. It completely transformed my home.
