This is the first house we have built from scratch and we are extremely happy with our new home. The Madia team was terrific from start to finish. They build a great home with excellent quality and workmanship. Our foreman was wonderful and always available. They gave us a very comprehensive checklist of what we needed to do, who to contact and when we needed to do it. We would highly recommend Madia Homes.

We could not have been happier with the process, or the final home itself. We ended up with a home that was more modern, unique, and customized than we even knew we wanted when we began! We are homeowners in the Meadows at Hampton, a housing development in the Northern suburbs of Pittsburgh which is currently being developed by Madia Homes, Inc.. My wife and I purchased our condominium in the summer of 2012 and prior to taking occupancy in the Fall of 2012, we had contracted Madia Homes to convert the entire lower floor into a recreation room, a full bath, an office/bedroom and a walk-in closet as well as two sizeable storage areas. Luke and his father, Frank, completed the project to our complete satisfaction, despite the fact that we were in Minnesota during the work period and did not see the finished product until we moved in. Luke was also the selling agent and answered all questions promptly, completely and satisfactorily during the buying process. He has also helped with several follow-up projects these past three years to our total satisfaction. Luke also was instrumental in selling the adjacent condo in short fashion after it had been listed previously by 2 other real estate agencies for a year and a half with no success and very little effort on the part of either company.

We highly recommend this builder. We've built three homes in 13 years and building with Madia was by far our best experience. We trusted the Madia team throughout the whole process - from design to finish. We always had access to the full Madia team, our project manager was fantastic and the craftsmanship of the home is top notch. We enjoyed the experience so much that we are currently working on another project with Madia.
