Although we did not end up choosing to go forward with our main project right now, this construction company provided helpful information and will be at the top of our list when we are ready. They were able t help pinpoint our leak and solve our immediate problem, we will be contacting them again in the next few months for the main project. Thanks a bunch!

I have been a Residential Systems Integrator for over 20 years and have had the pleasure to work with many builders from Maine to Hawaii. From the initial vision of the architect and homeowner to the last last painting touch ups, landscaping minutiae and commissioning of all mechanical systems, custom builders have their hands in every single detail. They provide not only the house itself, but the experience of building. Maguire Construction builds incredible homes and provides great experiences. Maguire construction built our home in Yarmouth 3 years ago. It was a major project taking 16 months to build. Dave the project manager was excellent keeping us informed and keeping the job on schedule. Things were done as promised. The quality of the craftsmanship of Maguire Construction and their sub-contractors was excellent. We still have people comment as to the quality of the build when they visit our home. We had a couple of issues as the build progressed, but given the size of the project they were actually less than I would have expected. When we had to deal with this issues Maguire Construction was willing to compromise and was genuinely interested in resolving them and keeping us happy. They also have had to do a few "touch ups and odds and ends since" they have been responsive to our calls and have stood by their product after it was completed. In conclusion I would have no hesitation in recommending them both in terms of their service and the quality of their craftsmanship.

Maguire Construction built our home in Freeport, ME from 2007 to 2008. The company and its owners and employees were simply wonderful to deal with throughout the entire process. We would most highly recommend them for their core competency as a builder and the character and personality of all associated with the company, Just great folks.

Maguire remodeled our 1900 home in Cape Elizabeth and rebuilt our lakeside cabin in Bridgton. Their teams were professional, the work was impeccable, and everything was completed on time and within the estimated budgets. The detail work they did on some of the railings and trim was ingenious. As icing on the cake, the neighbors had only positive things to say about their interactions with Maguire's team.
