I generally don’t expect much when it comes to customer service these days. But my experience with Malsnee tile was fantastic. Kierstyn (Sensitive Information Hidden) (sales) had a truly impressive knowledge of the product she sold. She did a great job of getting me all the things I asked for and the things I didn’t know I needed. I really was truly impressed with the service, and wish I would’ve found them sooner.

Our experience with Malsnee started in late July and was completed in early August. Now not a week goes by that my wife doesn't say, "I really love our counter tops and back splash." From our first visit with Hannah to Katie designing our back splash pattern followed by Ian measuring our kitchen area and the fellows who installed the counter tops and back splash, this was an outstanding experience. You will not find nicer more professional people than ALL the people associated with Malsnee. We will be back and have no problem telling friends about our experience with Malsnee. These people are awesome!!

We had our granite countertop installed yesterday and must say it was a pleasure to work with the staff and installers. Ian did a fabulous job walking us through the process overseeing every aspect of the project. He made us feel confident with our choices and he did a wonderful job fitting the granite specifically to our kitchen and our piece of granite. The installers, RJ and Tim were also a pleasure to work with doing an outstanding job. They were on time, respected our home and did the job thoroughly and efficiently. We had really shopped around before choosing Malsnee and we are so glad we went with them.
