Gray Manna and his team did an exceptional job on my project, which included structural repairs to a home built in 1906. Their communication, attention to detail, and agility to get the job done, work within my schedule, coordinate with the structural engineer, and deal with the site constraints were all fantastic. With a high level of experience and expertise, Gray and Edwin were able to identify potential problems and propose solutions without delaying the project. Highly recommend! I look forward to using Manna Brothers on future renovation projects.

Where do I start? We relocated to Ellicott City, Maryland from Charlotte, NC two years ago. We bought a 1980s home that disparately needed remodeling. Manna Brothers were able to give my family a reason to love our kitchen and home. They exceeded our expectations for the entire first floor. The desIgn, from floors to lighting, and everything in between, is gorgeous and timeless. We gave Gray Manna, the general contractor, an ugly duckling and he delivered the most beautiful kitchen I have ever had and then some. Now, we have this awesome kitchen and home. I am no longer ashamed to invite guest over thanks to the Manna Brothers. We look forward to Gray redesigning our deck and bathrooms in the future. We needed a basement remodel after flooding from a hot water heater that leaked. It was our third event like this in our 1974-style paneled and drop-ceiling basement. We needed a main room, laundry room, and exercise room remodeled. Since we had twice previously just patched up the area, and it was looking very old and dingy, we decided to completely redo from the studs out. We can only say that Manna’s service was fabulous!! Gray Manna's knowledge and experience enabled him to deliver highly professional and expert advice as we set about planning the project. He took the time to explain all aspects -- demolition, construction, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. His project management was flawless; the whole project was completed in just over three weeks due to his excellent orchestration of all the craftsman at exactly the right time. We especially liked that he provided all the aspects of the project right down to the new carpet. We really had a "one-stop shop" to get the job done! We have used Manna Bros for three projects in our house- finishing our basement, remodeling our kitchen, and renovating our laundry room. Gray (the owner of the company) is very professional and he and his entire crew are highly proficient in their trade. They are all also very efficient. They started work within days of us signing the contract with each project and were at our house every day to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. Gray (owner) was present every day either doing the work himself or supervising to ensure all work was done properly. All permits and inspections were obtained and arranged by Gray. Throughout the projects they kept their work area very clean and organized. Although construction is never a quiet job they certainly made a conscientious effort to minimize any additional noise and minimize any interference in our daily lives. Through every step of the projects plans were reviewed with us to ensure things were done exactly how we wanted them. The entire team was very flexible. They listened to all of our requests and let us make changes/customize the project as it progressed. The finished projects are more that we could have ever imagined. In our basement we have a professional appearing work out room with gym quality rubber flooring, an amazing family room to lounge and watch TV in, and a beautiful bathroom. Our kitchen remodel involved replacing all existing cabinets and countertops, designing a large center island, removing an existing wall in order to open up our kitchen into our family room, and patching in new hardwood floors into our existing hardwood and then refinishing all of the floors. This was not an easy task because our existing floors were about 20 years old and not easy to match but in the end they turned out amazing. You absolutely cannot tell where the new pieces were added. In our laundry room we had an exterior door replaced, drywall repaired, and new tile flooring installed. We love everything! Most importantly it is clear that Gray and his team truly care about the work that they are doing. He has very high expectations for his crew, he expects nothing less than perfection-- We felt like we were working with Mike Holmes from HGTV ;) We highly recommend Manna Brothers and will absolutely use them for future projects!

Manna Bros were very trustworthy, clean and respectful. Their work finishing my basement was perfect, clean lines, great finish, solid construction. They were very reasonable in their prices, as the quality of work could have fetched much higher prices. I will definitely use them in the future for our next home improvement need.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Manna Bros demolished my builder-grade master bathroom down to the studs, and created a dazzling, beautiful, light filled new bathroom in it's place. I wouldn't be surprised if I was the most opinionated, detail-oriented client Gray and Danny have ever worked with. But they greeted every new idea and change of plans with a smile, and an eagerness to get started. They made the process actually fun - just the way it should be! I started the project with a floor plan, and a million Pinterest/Houzz images. Gray's estimate included labor and construction materials only, which allowed me to order all the "finishes" myself. This worked well for me, since I had so many specifics in mind. They included a heated marble hex floor tile, white subway shower walls and wainscoting, navy claw foot tub, satin brass plumbing fixtures, conversion of a mid-century credenza into a double sink with marble top and wall mounted faucets, assorted light fixtures, and the piece de resistance, a stained oak, floor to ceiling molding surround for a new window, stunningly executed by Danny. It draws your eye when you enter the bathroom. All of this ended up even better than I imagined it. Every step of the way, Gray and Danny were happy to discuss alternatives to the plan, and make changes if needed. They worked on my job, and only my job, until it was completed. I never once saw either one of them in a bad mood. They seem to truly love their jobs. Which made renovating my bathroom a joy. I will definitely use them again. They're doing my family room next :)

Description Of Work: Kitchen remodel and completion of sunroom. Gray Manna and his team completely demolished the existing kitchen. He removed the existing wall between the kitchen and dining room, took out two windows that were between the dining room and sunroom, added the same flooring in all three rooms creating one large beautiful room. Comments: While I worked with Laura Cochran, a kitchen designer on the layout for the kitchen, Gray worked in the sunroom. He found several problems that were created by the previous contractor and addressed them immediately. Some contractors will come in and just do the job they were hired to do and leave, but Gray addressed and fixed all issues. Had these issues not been fixed by Gray, there would've been major structural problems in the future. The room was not level, not structurally sound and had already started to sag near the sliding glass door. He installed tongue and groove plywood as subfloor replacing the existing poorly laid plywood flooring. After fixing all problems, Gray and his team completed framing the sunroom, adding drywall, insulation and electric. Once the design was finalized and the cabinets were ordered, Gray and Danny completely demolished the kitchen, removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room and taking out two dining room windows combining 3 rooms and creating one large area. He added two corner windows in the kitchen and framed the old kitchen door area. He waited to do the demolition 2-3 weeks before the cabinetry arrived since he did not want me to be without a working kitchen for an extended period of time. All work was completed beautifully and professionally, whether it was drywall, trim work, spackling, painting, floor and tile installation, electrical, plumbing, or installation of cabinetry. Over the years, Gray has assembled a group of people he works with, people he trusts and knows will do a fantastic job. I hired Manna Brothers after searching Angie's List. I wanted a contractor who was highly rated and did work in my area. Gray Mann and his team are honest, professional, courteous, punctual and very reliable...and they love what they do! I know I will definitely use Manna Brothers again. Great job!
