Marin Kitchen Co

We have worked with Marin Kitchen Company on two major home remodels (in Mill Valley and San Rafael, pre- and post-pandemic). As repeat customers, we obviously could not be happier with the quality of their work and their wonderful customer service. A family-owned company run by husband-and-wife team Scott and Janet Masolo, MKC is a gem of a business that not only delivers on its promises but also exceeds expectations. We’ve been so impressed with their top-notch work and the professionalism of their team. MKC is a distributor for several quality cabinet and countertop lines as well as hardware, and their showroom offers a nicely curated selection (worth visiting even if you’re just starting out and want some ideas). Scott is a general contractor and designer, which gives him a unique ability to see both the design possibilities of a space and tell you the construction requirements and cost to make it happen (a combination of skills that is rarer than you might think). He provides detailed estimates, which we’ve found to be accurate, transparent, and fair. Scott has literally transformed our kitchens, baths, and other living spaces to not just look beautiful, but to flow and live better according to the specific needs of our family. With both our projects, we got estimates from several other contractors, and MKC provided, by far, the best value for our money (by “value,” we don’t mean the cheapest but rather the best work for the best price). Scott is well versed in all aspects of design-build and will give you his honest opinion. He also worked within our agreed-upon budgets, stuck to the promised timelines, and communicated clearly when things came up (as they do with any remodel). Bottom line: we haven’t found a contractor with more integrity, knowledge of his trade, and better sense of aesthetics and design than Scott and would trust him with any renovation project. Janet is also lovely to work with. She is great with countertop and hardware selection, and with her pleasant, down-to-earth demeanor and thoughtfulness, she always makes you feel welcome in the showroom (our son and dog love visiting her!). She is an excellent communicator and coordinator and will go the extra mile to help things run smoothly. We should also give a shout out to the other talented members of the MKC Team. Not only are Roger, Gene, and Jaime skilled and meticulous in their trades, but they are also wonderful and considerate people you enjoy having in your home. TLDR; Marin Kitchen Company is a top-notch local business that delivers beyond expectations. This company takes pride in its work, is a joy to work with, and provides excellent value to its customers. They’ve helped us transform our house into our dream home, and we highly recommend them as the first stop for anyone considering a kitchen remodel.

Hired them to cut and install cosentino white gold Calcutta stone counter top and backsplash in my kitchen .

Our recent experience with Marin Kitchen Company was terrific! Both Scott and Janet had wonderful ideas during the planning stages of kitchen design. For the implementation phase we found all members of the crew to be professional and courteous. Importantly all members of the team (electrician, plumber, painter and carpenter) were high skilled. The project was completed in about 6-7 weeks as promised and within estimated budget. Most importantly, we love our kitchen.

We chose Marin Kitchen Company for our kitchen countertops based on reviews here and they were accurate. Janet not only guided us in picking a beautiful and appropriate countertop, she was very helpful and insightful with other kitchen design ideas. They were able to deliver the quartz countertop quickly after template measuring and the install was professional and fast. Definitely recommend Janet and Marin Kitchen Co.

We have worked with Marin Kitchen a few times when helping our customers get the right look for their new kitchen remodel. In our dealings we have found that Marin Kitchen has been professional, honest and forthcoming about troubleshooting issues that can slow down a remodeling project. We will continue to refer our clients to Marin Kitchen.

We really enjoyed working with Janet and Scott on our bathroom remodel. We have an Eichler home in San Rafael, and Scott was very familiar working with this type of construction. He gave us some great ideas on the type of wood to use that would match our natural paneling, as well as a countertop material that would match the wood. Janet did a great job with the countertops and making sure they were installed and delivered on time. The installers were very professional. I would definitely work with them again.

Scott is pretty much a genius, he has a great breadth of experience with kitchens, but also 'sees' things that a lot of other contractors don't. He was our GC on a much broader (and bumpier) project than a kitchen remodel, and I would recommend highly to others looking at either kitchen work or more extensive help. Great spacial understanding, big picture knowledge, but also very very focused on detail. He looks at the project from the persecutive of the people using the space in 5, 10, 15 years, even when it would be easier to just splash stuff together. His crew deserves their own review - just great, all of them. Truly professional and kind. Thumbs up, thanks Scott, say hi to Janet and the gang.

We hired Marin Kitchen Co to perform a complete kitchen remodel on a fairly tight time frame without much room for delays (our new baby was due in December) and they delivered. Scott and Janet are both very knowledgeable and helped us make informed decisions quickly. Any unforeseen challenges we encountered were promptly addressed and conquered. Their crew was courteous and hard working. We will be using them again on future projects.

I used Marin Kitchen Company to do a complete remodel of my kitchen after being referred to them by a neighbor. The owners, Scott and Janet were wonderful to work with providing both great guidance and recommendations based on their numerous years of experience. Their crew was also a pleasure to work with keeping me both informed and educated as each stage of the project progressed. The project came in on budget and on time. I would definitely use Marin Kitchen Company again and highly recommend them.

Scott and Janet were a piece of cake. They had good ideas, they made lots of suggestions, they helped me figure out what I wanted when I had no idea. They always did what they said they would do and the one time there was a teensy problem, Janet had it ironed out pronto. Without a doubt I would use Marin Kitchen again.

I initially came across Marin Kitchen Co via another website which also had many positive reviews for the company. I visited their showroom and met Janet who was professional, friendly as well as a wealth of information about quartz countertops. Her partner Scott was also a huge help in providing me with a lot of technical knowledge, as I was designing the new kitchen myself along with custom island that would have an incorporated bar. Janet was great about presenting me many options and solutions for my needs. She allowed me to borrow large quartz samples which were instrumental in making a final decision. I was also able to present my own design ideas and both Janet and Scott were able to confirm that my preparations were on track to get the final result I desired. Their installer, Kevin and his crew, were equally impressive. I was surprised as to how fast the quartz pieces were fabricated and installed. The work is top notch. In fact, I was so impressed with the entire process that I ultimately increased the scope of my work to have more quartz countertops installed in place of my original intent of stainless steel. On this second job, the entire crew at Marin Kitchen Co were equally impressive in price, installation, speed and quality. While my project is not 100% complete at the time of this writing, I'm very pleased with the work from Marin Kitchen Co,

Janet and her team are very good...I walked in to Marin Kitchen Co for the first time, had the easiest conversation with her and she knew exactly what I was looking for in just a few minutes. They replaced our countertops/sink and did a beautiful install. I would recommend MKC for your project - we will certainly use them again.

Scott and Janet were excellent to work with. We updated 2 bathrooms. They really help us with the design, selection of cabinets, materials and counter tops. Scott came out to verify the measurements and Janet coordinated all of the activities and logistics.

Janet and the team at Marin Kitchens are wonderful to work with, and have a very high standard of quality. Janet is incredibly responsive, and got back to us quickly with a proposal and cost estimate. She was also quick with scheduling and very flexible in working with us around a few moving parts associated with our kitchen remodel. She even responded to an emergency question on her day off within just a few minutes of my emailing her! We were very impressed, and would definitely recommend Marin Kitchen Company to anyone who is looking for great service at a reasonable price.

Janet Masolo at Marin Kitchen Company was constantly helpful in organizing my granite counter top install. First she advised me about material possibilities and discussed the choices. She managed the tear out of old tiles and re-build of the plywood support and the granite installation. The whole job took a week and a half and would have been quicker if not for July 4th. She answered all my e-mails, texts and phone calls very quickly. She kept everything moving along without problems. When I was worried over details she calmed me down and made sure all went well. The counters are very beautiful. I highly recommend Marin Kitchen Company.

Marin Kitchen did a fantastic job with our kitchen. We did a large structural project, including removing a load bearing wall and changing the layout of the kitchen. Marin Kitchen was professional from the start, with very valuable input on the drawings and budget. It was a pleasure to work with Scott and Janet. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking into remodeling their kitchen!

We had a terrific experience with Marin Kitchen Co. The owners Scott and Janet are informed and truly experts in kitchen remodels. Our project was full kitchen remodel. We scheduled a meeting one day in January and by the end of February, permit approved and project started. Scott had a detailed 6 week timeline which for the most part stayed ahead of schedule. His crew, Larry and Roger, were thoughtful and hard working. Not only did Marin Kitchen Co deliver a completed kitchen within budget and timeline; the quality of job is excellent. All of our interactions with Scott and Janet were positive. I recommend Marin KItchen Co confidently with 5 stars.

I had a terrific experience working with Janet at Marin Kitchen Co on my kitchen. She was very thorough -- spent time with me reviewing options and prices. Her knowledge of products was very extensive and she had great suggestions for materials and colors to complement existing cabinetry. I very much appreciated how Janet followed up immediately after our visit with photos and quotes. The quote I received from Janet at Marin Kitchen for counters, fabrication and install was considerably less than two additional quotes I received from competitors in the area! Janet was able to schedule the template, fabrication and install within days of my purchase. The installers were professional, timely and did a great job as well. Janet was in communication with me throughout the flawless process and even sent me a thank you note! I can't imagine getting a thank you note from any of the other vendors I used throughout my remodel!

We love our new kitchen. Marin Kitchen made everything so easy. The work was completed in a timely fashion and on budget with very little disruption, and no surprises. Scott and Janet were a pleasure to work with, and we endorse them wholeheartedly. Everyone who has seen our kitchen says it belongs in a magazine.

It was a true pleasure to work with Marin Kitchen Co. on our kitchen update. The owners, Janet and Scott, are both knowledgeable and creative and are capable of guiding their clients through the entire process of a remodel. They have design and installation experience and were greatly helpful in helping us to avoid any unforeseen "surprises!" They were also flexible and forgiving each time we had to make schedule changes and these do happen when you have to depend on other contractors to finish their work in timely fashion. We simply smile every time we walk into our kitchen and only wish we'd done it sooner. The price was less than we had anticipated and the results more rewarding than we could have imagined.

I hired the Marin Kitchen Company. They specialize in White Kitchen Cabinets, but will meet you needs on other choices. Scott, the co-owner and designer made several trips to our home to study and discuss possible outcomes. We had a fireplace in the kitchen, which in the end came out to make way for a built in Refrigerator and Pantry. Glad we did this since we didn't need a fireplace in the kitchen. The project went according to plan. The final cabinet work and Quartz counter tops were perfectly installed. I love the soft close features on doors and drawers. We also got expert advice on new appliances to meet our budget. We are totally satisfied with the work and end product.

This was the fastest ,easiest, and best kitchen renovation I've ever done. I stopped in, described to Janet what I wanted, she showed me exactly the counter sample and sink I wanted, referred me to Monark appliances to fill that need, and the whole decision process was done in less than two hours. Her demo people and installers were fast and professional, and everything looks amazing. Don't bother to shop around; just go see Janet.

I worked with both Janet and Scott at Marin Kitchen Co. Janet made sure to understand my vision and budget from the start. She guided me through several decisions about counter tops and back splashes with patience and insight. She coordinated all aspects of each step, communicating with me and the trades people. Janet's follow up is superior ensuring that the job is done properly and completely. Keeping to a tight schedule, each crafts person was ready on time and kept my home and kitchen neat and clean. Scott designed a kitchen island for me with options that considered my budget and time frame. Scott and Janet are creative, thoughtful professionals. I look forward to working with Marin Kitchen Co. again.

I can't say enough about the quality of work and excellent service I received from Marin Kitchen Company. My designer Diane from Sheer Design recommended them and when I suggested bidding it out, she encouraged me to look no further and I'm glad I listened. I appreciated the time Janet (owner) spent with us on selecting the right material for whatt I was doing and she was on top of every detail. She followed up after each project to ensure satisfaction and was a joy to work with. Carlos, the lead installer was meticulous and took pride in his work, a nice thing to see! I have used them for my kitchen and two of my bathrooms and could not be happier. I plan to do my master bathroom in the spring and look forward to working with them again!

I am very happy with Marin Kitchen Co and the outcome of the most recent bar countertop installation in our home. Marin Kitchen Co was beyond helpful, punctual, and professional. The timing was amazing. I am very impressed. We had used them before to fabricate and install three other vanity countertops and were very happy with the outcome of those as well. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good kitchen countertop source. Bar countertop material: Caesarstone, in Sleek Concrete Vanity countertops: Caesarstone in Pure White

Janet of Marin Kitchen Co. was the quintessential professional. Not only did she answer all of our questions, provide us take home samples and fulfill all our requests - she identified and ensured delivery of our custom kitchen countertops - ahead of schedule! Then, in a stunning extra-credit move. She referred us to a tiler who provided next day services - and picked up our tile when the tile delivery service failed to deliver. Janet followed-up on every order, responded rapidly and was available outside store hours. It is with full confidence that I would work with Janet and Marin Kitchen for any future kitchen related need.

Janet was fantastic to work with. She was spot on in estimates and always responsive and available for questions. Would definitely use Marin Kitchen Co again for any projects-they were great!

Janet did an excellent job helping us pick our countertops and making the process easy. She always responded immediately by phone or email to all my questions. The cost was less expensive than other bids we received. Also, the people who came to measure and install countertops were respectful and on time. Highly recommend them.

Back in early spring I contacted Marin Kitchens about a kitchen/bath remodel I was considering. The house in question: 1920's cottage, 1350 sq ft. with the original kitchen and 50's updated bath. Scott and I talked about the project, walked though the house, I had my ideas, he listened, and added a few of his own. Right away he was proactive in drawing up the vision he saw. His vision quickly became mine because the issues I was concerned about with a small kitchen and bath were: good storage, functionality and having it appear larger and more open. All things he made possible, even where I couldn't "see" it. In vetting three serious candidates for the project, I chose Scott and Janet (the Marin Kitchens super duo- also husband and wife). They were not the cheapest, they were the fairest. Upfront costs estimated, explained, and with very few deviations. The project was slated to take 10 weeks, but with an old house anything was possible. There were a few glitches, but all handled as quickly as possible and with a work crew that has been with Marin Kitchens for years and knew what they were doing. The quality of work was apparent. The project was finished in 9 weeks! My new kitchen and bath are just what I wanted. I highly recommend Marin Kitchens. I never felt Scott was rushed during our meetings or "had" to be somewhere else. He was a true project manager juggling many things at one time. He's experienced, efficient and sees the job through the last punch list entry. Janet is a perfect compliment to Scott and as a team they are top notch. Also, they have a great showroom in San Rafael, and are both very welcoming. Five stars!

I recently coordinated a client kitchen remodel project with Marin Kitchen Company. They have a wonderful selection of cabinets, countertops and hardware. The owners Scott and Janet are very friendly and easy to work with which made my job so easy! Scott prepared shop drawings based on my layout and design for my client's new kitchen. He made some great suggestions and has excellent attention to detail. Janet was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect countertop material that fit my client's needs. As a designer I feel their partnership and customer service was very helpful in completing the job on time. The final result was amazing! Thank you both Janet and Scott for your great team work and support on this project.

There is a lot of product choice, knowledge and friendly personality packed into this small company! I loved working with Janet on my bathroom remodel (for the second time, previously did a kitchen and another bath). The install went smoothy, too. I would recommend Marin Kitchen Co to my friends and neighbors.

Janet was amazing. We were in a major time crunch to install counter tops for our bathroom. Janet made everything happen beautifully, and was a joy to work with.

Janet, the co-owner of Marin Kitchen Company is great to work with. She's thorough, fast and extremely efficient. They have a great selection of cabinets, counter tops, etc. We had all our kitchen counter tops replaced and we got an excellent price and great service. The team Marin Kitchen sub-contracts with were all great: smart, reasonable and extremely conscientious. I would certainly use them again and I recommend them highly.

Scott and Janet are great! Their service is wonderful and very professional and they are extremly helpful. We ordered all of the cabinets for our new kitchen from them as well as quartz countertops for the kitchen and bathroom vanity and a quartz fireplace hearth. We already had a contractor hired to install the cabinets but Scott was most helpful with any questions we had.

working with Janet and Scott at Marine kitchen company was wonderful. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted when I finally decided to remodel all of my bathrooms, they went out of their way to help me figure out all the details I needed to complete the job. Even threw in a lot of humor along the way! Would definitely recommend them!

I received 6 star service from MKC! I had my new kitchen counter tops installed and couldn't be happier. The whole process was very efficient, stress free and very stream lined. Janet, helped me pick out the perfect color and material for my budget. She also went above and beyond by calling plumbers, and recommending other back-splash installers for me (my first time remodeling a kitchen). Her crew were very professional, clean and fast! Marin Kitchen Co receives my highest recommendation! -VB

Marin Kitchen Co installed our countertops. We are thrilled. Janet was extremely responsive and helped me find the material I wanted despite a backorder and then helped me make the necessary changes when I decided to go with a different color at the last minute. The installers were polite, courteous, skilled, on time and got the job done quickly. We love our kitchen! Highly recommend.

Scott and Janet of Marin Kitchen Company are highly professional and talented. They helped me with a kitchen remodel that came about because of water damage. They know their products and they know style. They helped me make design decisions and were patient with my many questions. When one of the cabinets came in with damage, they worked to fix that problem and I trust their integrity. They also did everything in their power to help me complete my kitchen by Christmas. One top of all of this they were a pleasure to work with as they were always friendly and helpful. Try these folks--they rock!

If you're planning to do anything more complex to your kitchen than plugging in a new microwave, I strongly recommend that you start by calling Marin Kitchen Co. These people really know what they're doing - and where all the potential land mines are. Think you can't afford consultants for your remodel? Their quote for our kitchen was LESS than IKEA and we got all the personal attention, guidance and patience we needed to complete the project without costly errors or bodily harm. Oh yeah - and the kitchen looks great.

Wish I could give 10 stars to Scott and Janet at Marin Kitchen! I had a bathroom vanity and countertop made and installed and they made me feel like it was a huge and important order-that's the kind of high quality service you get. I appreciated every bit of technical and design advice I received from a couple of true pros. Everything was managed immaculately from the ordering to the installation. What a difference it makes when you get to deal with super nice, professional and competent people with lots of integrity. I'm so grateful I found them and hope you do, too!

Scott and Janet did an excellent job designing and installing custom cabinets for our kitchen and 3 bathrooms after a plumbing leak destroyed the interior of our home. The quality of the walnur and cherry cabinets is outstanding, and we received several samples of wood and stain combinations to get the perfect colors and grain. There were some finishing details that needed to be addressed and they were taken care of to our complete satisfaction. Scott and Janet were a lot of fun to work with and did a superb job.

Janet was so responsive with my small job, and found me what i was looking for within a matter of hours. She rushed the job for me, and both members of her team arrived at my house when they said they would, called to confirm the appointments and I am extremely pleased with the final result. She was a delight to work with.

My husband and I bought our first house in Larkspur, CA in 2012. We loved the house and the neighborhood but it definitely had a look of the 90s inside (textured walls, dated cabinetry, closed in kitchen) that we wanted to renovate before moving in. After careful review of a number of kitchen designers serving Marin County, we decided to go with Scott at Marin Kitchen Company. Scott designed a beautiful kitchen for us, created an open floor plan where we removed the wall and turned our space into a great room with a beautiful kitchen island as the centerpiece. He guided us through the process, advising as he would a good friend. He understood our taste and could execute our ideas to a "T". The results of working with Scott? Over a 3 month renovation, he complete 3 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, 2 entertainment center built ins. His pricing was very reasonable, and he was always accessible for questions. Our home is absolutely beautiful thanks to Scott at MCK!

We met with Janet at Marin Kitchen Works to consult about new countertops for our kitchen. Janet was very friendly and professional when she advised about the kind of materials that would be appropriate for our job. Janet also found us a new sink and faucet that she encouraged us to purchase to really make the project look its best. We are very pleased with the finish product. Everyone worked with us to complete the project in a timely fashion. The workmanship of Larry who did the demolition, and installation of the base plywood structure, the faucet and the sink was excellent. I would (and have already) highly recommend this company.

Marin Kitchen Company has been great! They provided invaluable information about cabinet selection and were very honest in helping me assess the pros and cons of styles, brands and colors. The same for counters. Costs were exactly as quoted. Materials were delivered exactly as ordered--no surprises. They were also very accommodating of changes to design plans. And, they arranged to have the counter installation expedited which helped tremendously with the overall project schedule.

Janet was amazing! So helpful, quick and efficient. My only regret is that we waited so long to get new countertops. Had I known it would be so quick and painless I would have done it years ago. Nothing but great reviews

We wanted to remodel our kitchen in a modern European look and shopped at many kitchen stores. Marin Kitchen Co was a fantastic partner to achieve exactly the look and quality that we wanted to achieve. They worked through all the details with us and were always there to make everything look just perfect. We ordered all the cabinets, counter tops and they also did an amazing job installing everything. We got the European look with all the precise, streamlined design and precision without the made-in-Europe price.

We wanted to use a local company for our counter top that had good customer service and reliable and good quality counter tops to choose from at reasonable prices. I went into Marin Kitchen Co to look at what they had with our 8mth old daughter and Janet greeted us and was so friendly and was chatting and playing with our daughter as she showed me their stock and explained the differences in the materials, styles etc and sent me home with a couple of samples to show my husband. The price was similar to other places we looked at but the customer service was well above the other places we had been to. Everything from the Time frame of getting the counter top, installing it and cost estimate Janet have us was spot on and the guys that measured and installed the counter top were great too. It was an easy process with Janet and we wished we had have ordered out entire kitchen through them. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and if we ever did another kitchen, we would certainly use Marin Kitchen Co again.

Scott Masolo of Marin Kitchens has been a godsend for our home renovation projects (kitchen and breakfast room, then main bath). He has been simply fantastic at every aspect of each renovation, from having the patience in responding to numerous questions and ideas, to taking the time to understand what we were trying to achieve. He effectively worked our objectives into a classically stylish and ergonomic design, all the while presenting suggestions and options that nevertheless escaped our consideration. Scott and Marin Kitchens go well beyond just selling and installing cabinetry. He is a great resource for bouncing off everything, including ideas about paint, flooring, tiling, fixtures, and appliances, as well as for providing prospects for quality material vendors and reputable contractors. Scott scheduled and coordinated the different trades; carpentry, electrical, masonry, plumbing, painting, and even roofing throughout the project----all with assurance and clout with suppliers and contractors. And then there was his better half, Janet who so quickly picked up on what we were after, and together with Scott and their eye for detail. Their understanding of design and sense of style, magically pulled together the color, finish and textural elements that all harmoniously infused into our wonderful brand new bath and kitchen. We found Scott and Janet to be very knowledgeable, talented, creative, and a joy to work with. Scott is extremely patient, honest and frank, supportive, and never confrontational. They have a great philosophy; having the customers’ interests and satisfaction first and foremost, and taking great pride in their company’s reputation and integrity. We are so satisfied with the high value quality products and services Marin Kitchens have provided us that we are very happy and compelled to endorse it.

Marin Kitchen Company did an outstanding job. This was a complete kitchen remodel. Scott was incredible in his advice, help, and assistance in providing choices. His suggestions made a huge difference in opening up the area and working with the unusual footprint in our old home thus providing us with more cabinet and counter space. We love the recessed doors in the Plato cabinets. Everything came together in a timely manner. Scott was with us the whole way.

Scott and Janet were very thorough and professional during the initial planning stages and continued to be so throughout our project. Having a kitchen remodeled is always a challenge and you need to really trust the professionals you hire. And, when everything goes right, everyone looks good. But, when things don't go according to plan, then you can see who is really good at what they do. Janet and Scott really supported us in getting our kitchen completed in the best possible way for the best price. They totally went to bat for us when we had a few mishaps and in the end, we had the kitchen of our dreams. Everything is gorgeous and works beautifully. I would 100% recommend using them for any kitchen.

My husband and I would highly recommend Marin Kitchen Co. to anyone who are planning a kitchen remodel. Scott and Janet clearly demonstrated their years of experience in kitchen design: Scott designed a beautiful and functional kitchen, and was very careful about precise measurements. Janet was really helpful in coordinating countertops and accessories, and was essential in coordinating schedules and deliveries. They worked with us, mindful of our needs and budget. While any construction projects can have their hiccups, Scott and Janet helped troubleshoot all our concerns, and we felt very comfortable working with them. We love our kitchen, thanks to Scott and Janet!

We could not be happier with our kitchen remodel, and Scott and his team at Marin Kitchen Co. made it happen. From the beginning, Scott's knowledge and expertise were evident not only in cabinetry, but the myriad of other decisions ranging from backsplash to countertops to appliances. He has great working relationships with many local companies where we found exactly what we were looking for, and was able to bring everything together the way we had envisioned. Scott is practical and has a great eye, and had excellent suggestions to address some key decisions regarding the countertop and island colors and use. He was flexible in making some last minute adjustments, worked tirelessly to fix some issues we had with a sub-contractor, and made sure to finish the last detail until we were fully satisfied. We often sit in our kitchen appreciating the high quality, functionality and overall great feel of the remodel. We have Marin Kitchen Co. to thank and would highly recommend them.

We engaged Marin Kitchen Co. for a complete kitchen remodel in 2013. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and have no regrets about any of the choices we made. Along the way we received not only excellent design guidance but also numerous leads for learning about and choosing many of the actual design features from countertops and flooring to appliances and lighting. Our kitchen is now much brighter and more attractive, not to mention more functional. I should also mention that Scott Masolo saved us from at least a couple decisions he had the foresight to know we would regret. Our only reservation is that the whole process dragged on longer than projected but hey, no surprise there!

Scott and the Marin Kitchen team were true professionals through the entire design and construction process of our home remodel. We originally found Marin Kitchen Co by searching Houzz, but when we stopped by his office, he quickly built our trust with his experience, contacts in the industry and in-depth knowledge of cabinetry. After interviewing a number of other suppliers/contractors, Marin Kitchen was an easy choice because of their affordable prices, quick turnaround and ability to work around our busy schedule. In just a few months Scott's team was able to transform our kitchen, family room, entryway, living room and bathroom into the modern home we were looking for. If you're serious about building a quality kitchen, I would recommend looking at Marin Kitchen Company first.

Working with Marin Kitchen Co. was a breeze. They were professional, prompt and easy to work with. Janet helped get the work done on time and budget. Their installers did a masterful job.

Janet and Marin Kitchen Company helped me choose and install a gorgeous white quartz countertop for my new kitchen. Janet was very helpful, communicated well with me each step of the way and delivered exactly what I needed. The price was great, the service impeccable. Thank you, Janet, and Marin Kitchen Company!

Janet Masolo and her team were very attentive to our needs right from the initial consultation throughout the project. From helping us choose the best material for our lifestyle, to making certain every surface and corner were exactly right, Janet paid very close attention to every detail. James was very professional handling the "demo" and re-connection work, Martin was meticulous laying out the template, and Hugo and his crew did an outstanding job installing the stone. Real teamwork. Expert craftsmanship. Bud B.

We were doing two bathroom remodels and had been looking for vanity tops. After much search we went to Marin Kitchen Company on Francisco Blvd E in San Rafael. Our first contact was with Scott, who was patient and showed us all the different options available. We decided to go with them because the pricing was very competitive and they gave a very good feeling that they would be with us all the way to the end. Janet took over and helped us decide on the right counter top and helped with all of the scheduling for templates and installations. We were kept informed every step of the way. As in all construction projects, delays happened and it never seemed to bother her. She was very accommodating in moving appointments and did so very efficiently. We ordered drawer pulls through them as well and when one of the pulls arrived with a part missing, Janet not only got it replaced, but also got an extra pull to keep for spares. I am happy to say the project is complete and we are very satisfied with the outcome. We would highly recommend Scott and Janet Masolo at Marin Kitchen Company.

I ordered Cesarstone from Marin Kitchen, their quote was by far the lowest in my area and they were very easy to work with. Janet went above and beyond to work with our schedule for both templating and installation. She worked with the fabricator to have them move up the install date to accommodate us. The countertops are beautiful and we highly recommend working with Marin Kitchen Co.

The customer service was very helpful and Janet went out of her way to make sure we got the product we wanted. The installation of our countertop was on time and beautifully done.

Scott is a true professional in the Kitchen and Bath Industry. His knowledge and experience makes it easy to go through the remodeling process. He is a well known, respected designer in the community and I am happy to recommend his services as a professional colleague.
