I have had the pleasure of working with Alchemy Construction Ltd on three projects over the past three years. They are currently working with me on my client's condo renovation #o3dpointgreycondo. Mark and his team at Alchemy work diligently to provide exactly what you want, on budget, and with the best customer service and professionalism. Our restaurant build was no small project with tradesmen from all over willing to help us and Mark's team accommodated us no problem, and have followed up with us every step of the way. Almost a full year after our restaurant's doors were first opened and we are still receiving compliments on the beautiful design, craftsmanship, and smart choices made by our GC. These guys are an award winning company and it shows in every project they complete; just look at their work all over Vancouver and talk to the tradespeople who have the pleasure of working with them. Mark and his crew at Alchemy are respected and known for their integrity and quality.

Overpriced work with no quality control and I feel I was fleeced. I was left with a nine foot section of tile with grout embedded within the texture of the tile and Alchemy refuses to repair it to this day or even acknowledge the problem. Very money oriented.

Alchemy Contruction is top notch in everything they do. Both my husband and I were so happy with the job they did. We did a complete renovation of our family home, the house was gutted and had to basically be rebuilt. The Alchemy crew was always professional and took great care in every aspect of the job. They listened to what we wanted and then made sure it was delivered to our standards. We were continually advised of where the budget stood and remaining costs to spend so there were no surprises. We love our home and the work Alchemy did. Without a doubt we would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone doing any size renovation/rebuild of their home!

Mark and his team were nothing but professional while they renovated our house top to bottom. Our house required a total interior overhaul of electrical, plumbing etc. and I can't imagine working with a better group. They were incredibly respectful of both our home and our neighbours (which is something every home owner worries about!). The house was always always cleaned up at the end of each day and rubbish was never left lying around. Alchemy was great at communicating any problems or changes throughout the process and Mark was always available to answer any of our questions. We met with a number of contractors prior to selecting Mark and I must say we were very pleased with our choice!
