I have nothing but good things to say about Persona. I just had my second project in two years completed, and both were very positive experiences. Mark coordinates everything, pays attention to details, and answers all questions in a timely manner. His contractors are seasoned professionals who do excellent work. Timelines are communicated and followed. Both times I've received exactly the help I need to accomplish my goals. Highly recommend!

We hired Mark and Persona to remodel our master bedroom, bathroom, and closet in the winter of 2018-19. We initially gave Mark a budget to work with and he came up with a quote and proposal. We later adjusted (lowered) our budget for the job due to personal financial changes. Mark went through the proposal with us and guided us as we pared down our wish list to better fit our new budget. He was very helpful in prioritizing what we needed/wanted done. The quote included each and every charge that we could expect, large and small. We felt confident that the end charges would be exactly what he proposed, and that was true for the entire project. Mark was present at the house/job site daily to ensure all aspects of the remodel were executed to his and our satisfaction. Any questions or concerns that we had were discussed and handled within a few hours of us contacting him. Mark, his employees, and the contractors were all very thorough and worked together seamlessly to get each part of the project completed. We have been living in our remodeled master suite for over 2 months now and couldn't be happier with the space. We will definitely be using Persona for home improvement projects in the future.

We needed our Kitchen redone and didn't have a clue what was possible or where to start. Mark and the crew helped each step and removed the intimidation factor by leading us through each step with both little and big choices. They were very transparent up front about what would be involved so there were no hidden surprises along the way. They stayed on schedule and kept us informed about who would be there each day. The crew was very friendly and courteous. Even though our home is very modest in size, we were treated like we were as important to them as someone with a mansion. We were very pleased with the materials, colors, and functionality of the result.

Mark recently designed and finished an amazing remodel of our 5 bedroom log home that you will have to see to believe. From the beginning, we knew we were lucky to have found Mark and his team. If you're reading this review and unsure about who to hire, your search is over. Our remodel has turned out better than we ever imagined it could. The results are simply amazing, the quality of work is second to none, and Mark’s professionalism unmatched. We had a huge remodel to get completed with a projected budget that would scare most people away. Because what remodel project finishes on time and on budget, right? We know now that Mark is exceptional project manager. Practically everything in this 4 month or so remodel was on time or finished early. Marks impeccable attention to detail and the contractor's outstanding craftsmanship created a true work of art. Mark cares about each part of the project and takes the time and energy to know the ends and outs of product lines, materials, design, quality, and cost. He does his research and his knowledge of his field is incredible. Everyday I am still amazed at the quality and scope of work they completed. Mark always kept us up to date during the project and he always asked for our input on even the smallest of details. It is hard to put into words how wonderful, professional, and amazing Mark and his team are. We are looking forward to using him with future projects! Mark was very interested in our style/lifestyle and helped us make decisions about tile, countertops, flooring and appliances that complimented how we use our kitchen. He and Ali were very actively engaged with the subcontractors, and came by every day to check the work and make sure we were happy as the project progressed. We are very pleased with the result and strongly recommend Persona.

Mark and his team have done two projects for us. On both jobs the process was friendly but very professional from the beginning and ran smoothly to the finish with no delays or wasted efforts. Best of all the quality of the work done was exquisite!

Had our master bathroom remodeled. Mark, Kelsey and the crew, Tim, Jay, Lance, and Kelly were wonderful to work with. Nothing but professional and personable. Was dealing with issues that took me away from home most days, I learned quickly that I could leave without hesitation. The quality of work done was top notch. I took pictures and ideas to Mark and Kelsey, from day one they did everything they could to give us what we wanted. We love our bathroom. Would highly recommend them and would use them again!

Mark has just completed doing a job of totally redoing our master bedroom and bath along with finishing a basement room. All areas of his work were very professional. We were pleased with the design and plans he came up with. What we really appreciated was the good communication. He contacted us almost every day with what was going on. The subcontractors he uses were extremely competent and enjoyable people to work with. They have worked with Mark for quite awhile. All in all we must say that we were completely satisfied with the job.

We had Personal do a complete remodel on our upstairs bathroom and major changes to our kitchen, living area and powder room. Mark's professionalism helped to get my wife and myself to agree on final selections which had been a problem. Everything came out looking great as promised and was of the highest quality.

Every step with Mark and his crew was a wonderful and fun experience. Mark and Tim's attention to detail and work quality was truly impressive. Any concern, and there were very few, was met with both concern and enthusiasm. We kind of miss them and can't wait for the next project!

Mark is a wonderful kitchen and bath designer and a detail-oriented contractor. He has a lot of experience in this field which means that he takes all of the guesswork out of the project. Mark's clients can truly rely on him to make sure that every detail is thought through. His designs are also beautiful and true to the desire of the homeowner. Because of his talents and expertise, I consider Mark to be a valuable mentor as well as a friend!

This review is well overdue! We worked with Mark and his team for our complete master bathroom gut. It was a very fun experience, and my husband and I have great respect for the contractors that worked on our project. Mark deals with a select group of contractors that he trusts to do a quality job and vice versa. Tim (general contractor), Jay (tile), Lance (tile), Kelly (painter) and Scott (plumber) were professional, and always able to answer any questions my inquiring husband asked. Mark was excellent at organizing and keeping us up to date on deadlines and readily informed us if there where any changes. Any issues that may arise after a job is complete is readily addressed--Persona strives to provide quality customer service as they stand by the work they do. We have other projects on our "to-do" list and look forward to working with Mark and his team in the future.
