MaryBeth is a true professional. I am not sure I needed a contractor at all. She drew up all the specs for a total demolishment and rebuild of my kitchen, living room, dining room, bath, two fireplaces, laundry room, and foyer four years ago and explained every detail to the workers. She showed me several projections of possible layouts. She also picked me up to shop for countertops, tile, sinks, fixtures, etc. She quickly understood my preferences of what I like and dislike. If the foreman had any questions, he would consult her. She was respected by him also. This year she did the same for a bedroom, three bathrooms, and small repairs in several other rooms. When a single project needs to be done, she seems to know the best carpet layer, the best painter, the best for blinds or drapes, or the best at whatever needs to be done. Best of all, she works for me and not the contractor and makes sure I am satisfied or she will contact him to fix it.

This is the second project that I have chosen Mary Beth to help me with. Mary Beth is very organized and responds quickly with ideas, samples, pictures and drawings. Mary Beth knows scale and proportion and follows the rules quickly and easily. Mary Beth helps narrow down choices but always respects your color choices and style. Mary Beth has a lot of “go to” places and people for that special touch you are looking for.

Mary Beth Wilson was a true problem solver! She always embraced a “problem” like a “fun challenge”! Very timely and helpful whenever we needed her. We depended on her to find the contractor and the subs, and we could not have been happier with her recommendations. She encouraged us with our individual taste, and never once tried to sway our “taste” with her own. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her 100%!

MaryBeth did a great job designing our kitchen. It is beautiful and functional. We love the hardwood floor stain she chose, and her recommendation to get rid of the railing between our living room and dining room. She listened to what I wanted and was very patient with all the questions I had. She highly recommended Graber Cabinets and I understand why - they are beautiful, very well made and Graber has great customer service. I couldn't have done it without her!

Mary Beth is wonderful to work with. She is VERY efficient, talented and dependable. We just completed a kitchen/family room remodel and it's absolutely beautiful. She has truly given us our dream kitchen. I would highly recommend her and would hire her again without any reservations.

I can not say enough wonderful things about MaryBeth. She helped to transform our house into our dream home. She was professional, easy to talk to, prompt, and insightful. I loved how she was conscience about listening to our concerns regarding items being kid friendly, within budget and fulfilling our wish list of wants in regards to style. Mary Beth Wilson has designed 2 kitchens for me...they are not only beautiful but so very funtional. Let me save you some time...if you are considering Mary Beth or someone else your choice should be MB! My first kitchen was somewhat small and she took out a closet from our Family room and made the space work completely different. Together we designed some really wonderful hutchs and it became an oasis for our whole family. The last kitchen which we have just finished is so so so pretty and again functional beyond words. She has provided a lot of customization for very little $$$ compared to the rest of the kitchen designers. She understands space better than anoyone I have ever worked with. I have renovated 12 homes in my life....I wish I knew Mary Beth when I was doingt those homes...the kitchens would have been a whole lot better!!! She is a dream to work with.

We recently had the opportunity to work with MaryBeth Wilson on several projects. We found her to be fabulous to work with. MaryBeth is knowledgeable, talented and skilled. She has an eye to see both the big picture and the fine detail of the project. She is very approachable, very kind, and very nice. She always responded promptly and always did what she said that she would do. She seemed to have an infinite amount of patience for my many questions. She is extremely creative and thorough, able to solve problems, design more functional space, and bring it all together so that it looks beautiful. We highly recommend MaryBeth Wilson and in fact have already recommended her to very close friends whose project is now underway. We would absolutely hire her again. MaryBeth designed a new master bathroom layout for us and worked out the fine details required for the project. She helped us to see what could and what could not be achieved with the space. We started with a space that was cramped with a large bathtub but a very small shower, one sink and no storage. By removing the bathtub and rearranging the layout of the bathroom we gained beautiful cabinetry, two sinks, plenty of storage, and a large shower. MaryBeth also helped us to choose the tile, granite, cabinets, plumbing, cabinet hardware, color, etc. We are thrilled with the final result. In addition, we worked with MaryBeth to remodel a small bathroom and to update a powder room. We are quite pleased with both. MaryBeth also helped us to transform the exterior appearance of the house with new paint and trim colors, a new front door and a design that allowed us to remove a long disliked window on the front of the house. The exterior of the house looks better than it ever did before. The color of the door and lights are not what we would ever have thought of. We decided to trust her recommendations and we are very happy that we did. She has great eye for color. MaryBeth Wilson did a great job for us and I am pleased to recommend her.

Mary Beth is a true professional who has the vision and expertise to transform a dream into reality. Her knowledge of space planning, materials, lighting, contracting, color, materials, and all the other details of design gave me the kitchen I had truly hoped for. She is attentive and responsive to every need. I would recommend her without reservation.

I am excited to share with the Houzz community my experience with MaryBeth (MB) Wilson of MB Wilson Interior Designs. MB and I completed an extensive family room remodeling project which included a demolition and subsequent replacement of a 1970’s red brick floor to ceiling fireplace, addition of beadboard with beam ceiling, electrical work, tile floor with heat, new furniture, window treatments and accessories throughout. This project could not have been completed without her design and design team. I was so impressed with the final result, we moved directly into another project, replacing the stairs with hard wood and replacing the railings. During these projects, I found MB to be highly knowledgably, professional, and passionate about her work. She quickly understood my style and was extremely efficient. She was keenly in tune to details, providing suggestions along the way. Importantly, she was not offended if I did not like and was always willing to work with the items I had. She worked well within my budget and did not pose judgment on my style or budget. She gave me confidence with this project and was an absolute delight to work with. In fact, several of the contractors said they only work with one designer, MB. She absolutely loves her job and no job is too small. Need help with arranging furniture? Call MB. Need advice on paint colors? Call MB. Need a totally new kitchen? Call MB. She will diligently work with you, your contractors, or use her contractors (I used her contractors and all of them were fabulous!). You will love the results and wonder why you did not do it sooner!!!!!
