Mesilla Valley Door LLC

Horrible experience. I choose to go with Mesilla Valley Door because they were a local company and I believe in supporting locally. However I order a garbage Door back in December (2021) and was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. Well after 8 weeks no garage door. I call to find out why and am told they need brackets and it would be another 3 to 4 weeks. I call 5 weeks later and get told something about waiting on vinel and it would be another 3 weeks. This pattern continues all through the summer and fall. Never once does Mesilla Valley Door communicate with me about shortages or anything. I always have to call. Their secretary (who is nice and has a tough job) always answered and gave some new excuse about why I didn't have my door yet. I occasionally spoke with someone else but never the same person twice. I finally got fed up with the run around and asked for my money back. If you want a company that won't communicate with you and apparently doesn't care about being honest about what is going on then go with Mesilla Valley Door. Otherwise I would suggest going with a different company.

Very good experience...on time,quick and professional work, repaired door and even balanced door to help prevent future problems.

This guys did a great job on time and good job. Would strongly recommend them, have had no problems and they also offered service when needed.

Called to check prices and they had men to my house that same morning to look things over. Gave me a price that was better than Overhead Door and they would install the next morning. You can't ask for more than n that. Great Company!
