MFM Design & Construction LLC with Marcus and team redesigned and completed our bathroom on schedule. Their workmanship is outstanding focusing on the details and delivering a magnificent result. We love our new bathroom with recessed lighting and all the new tile. Marcus responding rapidly to all questions and kept us informed of the ongoing progress. This is the second project we hired MFM Design & Construction and we would highly recommend them to deliver high-end work.

MFM is a top notch design and construction company. They recently remodeled our kitchen and we were thrilled with the entire process— from design, to execution, to final product! From the start, Marcus thoroughly listened to our wants and needs for our kitchen. He gave us ideas that we never dreamed possible for our small space, and put us in touch with a cabinet designer that further expanded upon those original ideas. We were able to maximize every available bit of space in our kitchen, without it feeling overcrowded. The contract he drew up was clear and organized, so we knew exactly what was going to happen next. Communication was excellent throughout the entire remodeling process. Marcus, Jonathan, and Dan are all highly skilled professionals, effective communicators, adept problem solvers, and efficient workers. Our house is old, which means crooked walls and uneven ceilings. We are sure this presents unique challenges for the remodeling process, but the MFM guys were able to find creative solutions to the many idiosyncrasies our kitchen has and the end result is absolutely amazing! MFM goes above and beyond to make their clients happy. When there was an issue with two of our cabinets being delayed for delivery (through no fault of MFM), Marcus drove to the warehouse to pick the cabinets up himself. He knew that we wanted to have a party for our daughter’s birthday and if the cabinets didn’t arrive to our house on time, the entire process would be delayed and we would have to cancel our party (due to not having a functional kitchen). Marcus got the cabinets and he and Jonathan stayed well past regular working hours for several days to complete the renovations, so we were able to host our party as planned. The thought and care they show towards their clients is second to none. Not only are Marcus, Jonathan, and Dan amazing workers, but they are also friendly, respectful guys. We felt completely comfortable with them in our home and around our young children. They were on time every morning and left a clean and orderly work area at the end of each day. We are so thankful for our beautiful new kitchen and we look forward to using MFM for all of our future remodeling needs. We would recommend MFM 100%, without hesitation! ~ Ken and Katie Kaye

Marcus and the team did a fantastic job with our Basement renovation. From managing costs, to project management, to the end result we could not be happier with the finished product. More living space, new full bathroom, new laundry room and storage really gives us the space we need. Quite a journey! After years of living with a 'vintage 70's' kitchen, I finally started the renovation process. Never having managed a project of this magnitude before, I searched for a contractor that was not only skilled, but one that would help me develop my vision as well as teach me along the way. Marcus and his team of skilled craftsmen were a perfect fit. There's a personal aspect to MFM's approach which provided a comfort level of trust. As the project grew and changes made along the way, we all continued on the same path toward completion. The end result reflects the pride of a job well done. Look no further, the MFM team will navigate a homeowner through each project phase skillfully. There's a vast difference between hiring a contractor and hiring a craftsmen. MFM provides a high level of expertise and they execute their talents flawlessly. I can't be any more pleased.

This is the second time we worked with MFM, and were very pleased with the results both times. Marcus and his crew remodeled our kitchen in 2012, and renovated a bathroom and installed hardwood floors in 2 rooms in December 2015. Marcus is very knowledgable in all aspects of the project, and was so helpful with the planning and decision making process. Everyone we have worked with through MFM was professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend MFM.

Most people speak about the nightmare of undergoing construction in their home. Our story with MFM Design is different. Marcus clearly explained just how things would work, including time-lines, etc. and that is how things went. Each day before leaving he pretty much told us what to expect the next day and that made us feel comfortable each step of the way. When there were decisions to be made at a specific juncture, he was always very patient and very helpful. He has a keen sense of design and an admirable work ethic. Clean-up is what ends each and every day before he leaves. He is a real pleasure to work with and totally trustworthy. Everything was installed beautifully and more than met our (high) expectations. We are thrilled with the results and our only regret is that we did not make this change sooner. Just recently, (about a year after completion), Marcus called us to get some feedback on the job and to make sure everything was okay. That's the kind of guy he is....reasonable, intelligent, a great craftsman and easy to work with...the entire experience was a pleasure. And just when we were tired of washing dishes in the bathroom sink, our kitchen was complete!

MFM Design is a pleasure to work with. Their expertise in their craft and the attention to detail is why we have finished our basement, remodeled our kitchen and are now moving onto a Master Bath remodel with them. Everyone who enters our home compliments us on their finished products. Marcus and gang have honestly made our house into our home.

We hired MFM D&C to redesign our kitchen, inclusive of adding on a 250 sq. ft. addition. Mike and Marcus have been fantastic. Their craftsmanship is stellar and they have provided fantastic suggestions along the way that really make the features of the room stand out. From the onset of the project, the team had our best interest at hand. Any subs that MFM had to bring in were all remarkable as well, and MFM ensured we were satisfied every step of the way. In addition to the great work, the MFM team has a great personality and takes pride in developing a relationship with their clients. We plan on having MFM come back to do additional projects once the Kitchen is completed.

We are very pleased with the high quality home remodeling job (1st floor renovation: kitchen, dining room and living room) done for us by MFM Design and Construction and found the following practices contributed to that satisfaction: - Customer communications ... easy access to MFM during construction via numerous methods: in person, e-mail, phone, texting and easel in home to leave written messages - Planning ... customer's needs built into design, design requirements addressed and permits acquired - Good documentation: designs, estimates and work permits - MFM has very good cooperation, coordination and supervision of work by other tradesmen (electrical, plumbing, insulation, sheetrock, painting) - Good cooperative relationship with suppliers - to remedy damaged parts - Quality of work: skilled and efficient - Proactive ... they suggested opportunities for improvement of plan (for example, convert a window to a door for more sensible access to yard). Flexible with plan changes. We would definitely recommend MFM for any remodeling job you may need.

I recommend MFM if you are looking for professional craftsmanship and design. I hired MFM through my designer to remodel my guest bathroom this past October. The bathroom came out flawless due to the incredible attention to detail by Marcus, Jonathan and Michael working day to day doing things right instead of taking short cuts. Michael did an incredible job with the Carrera marble. I was very pleased with the way they managed the dust during demolition as well as how they moved through my home with caution and respect for my belongings. They were very informative in discussing each step of the project so that we all understood the problems encountered and potential resolutions to them. This is never an easy process to go through but look at the result. I understand that pictures of my bathroom are posted on their facebook page "henry VIII inspired bathroom" My remodeled bathroom incorporates classic designs of an old tudor with modern elements. I have used MFM Design & Construction to do a full kitchen and bath remodel. A few years later, I hired them again to replace all of my windows. In both of my experience with MFM, I can honestly say that I found it to truly be a pleasurable experience to work with them. They were always very professional, on time, friendly and neat. Their work is impeccable and I love the fact they pay attention to the little details which I believe is due to their awesome work ethic that they were instill with. I am still getting complements on my remodel projects! They met the established deadlines with ease. They stood by their work and were accountable for any unseen issues that may have arisen. When shopping around for a contractor they were the only ones that guarantee on their work after completion. Sure enough one year later, I received a call from Marcus asking if everything was ok and if there were any problems with their work. I have recommend MFM to two of my friends who have been very happy with the outcome of their projects.
