They walk you through each step of the design while ensuring that what you want is feasible and fits with the neighborhood’s restrictions and design codes. Brian and Michelle navigated the pandemic challenges well, constantly updating us and using a variety of creative methods to ensure they finished our home on-time. Even now, after the completing the home, they responded immediately to fix minor problems (sod washed out, toilet level needed adjusting). That kind of reliability and quality isn’t easy to find these days.

We were so incredibly fortunate to have worked with Brian McKee and Dawn McIntosh while building our dream home. I have heard so many home-building horror stories, but our building process was entirely seamless, not to mention FUN! Brian and Dawn really listened to what our vision was and offered insightful suggestions and recommendations along the way. All of the subcontractors were top-notch, finishing our home as if it was their own. And our home was completed on time! Midwest Homes is building our new custom house for us. All of their sub contractors have done fantastic work. Their designer Dawn guided us step by step through the selection process. She listened to what we wanted and gave suggestions and input to make sure our choices flowed nicely and complemented each other well. Brian took our floor plan ideas for inspiration and listened to the wants and needs we had and was able to make changes to develop an even better design of the house. Sheri did a fantastic job selling our old house in a blink of an eye and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.
