Just completed the 1st ever remodeling of our 1969 kitchen. Went to Prestige Stone to purchase granite for the countertop. We chose the Santa Silvia granite. It has a much nicer color pattern than we had seen elsewhere (& was cheaper). Mike Russo, the owner of Prestige Stone, was very helpful. He answered all of our questions then & later the many questions I sent via texting. The deadline to have the granite finished & installed was on a tight timeline so that the kitchen would be completely finished before my grandkids & their parents came foe a 10 day visit. Mike had it ready & installed in time. Mike & our contractor came up with a great design for the area/edge of the countertop where the windowsill is located. This design keeps my curtains contained when they are open. The whole process went very smoothly. Mike & any of his employees I met were very professional. Our granite countertop is beautiful! The price was much less than what this form let me chose.
