Miller Construction has just completed remodeling our master bathroom. We contracted Roger Miller because he repaired hurricaine damage, inside and outside, to our home in the past. After talking with Roger Miller he gave us a fair estimate of work to be done and we received a complete list of cost and schedule of work dates. He worked well within our budget and completed the job on time as scheduled. Roger was here EVERY day, sometimes two or three times, checking on the staff and work being done. He always returned my calls and texts immediately with answers to my questions. He was extremely helpful in advising us concerning materials, and decorating. His staff was polite, professional, talented, quiet and respectful to us and our home. Roger has had his staff for years and they were completely trustworthy. We left our home key in the lock box and felt comfortable with any of the workers here alone. The job was completed on time and under budget.We will only use Miller Construction for any home repair or remodeling in the future. Miller Construction is the BEST in Jacksonville. I recommend Miller Construction to everyone. We would give ten starts if possible.

During the last hurricane a 200 ft. pine tree fell on our home. We contracted Miller Construction to do all the repairs. They were reasonable, efficient, talented, honest and conscientious. The work was completed from beginning to end with no delays. Roger Miller always answered my calls or called me back immediately. He answered all my questions with kindness and patience. Their workmanship was excellent, we have no complaints. We have contracted them to do additional work in our home. THEY ARE THE BEST and the only number we will call in the future.

Our remodeled bathroom looks AMAZING!!! Any renovations, large or small, can be very stressful. But Dave Miller and his crew really helped alleviate all our concerns. His reasonable pricing and level of detail outlined in the bid were large factors in choosing this company. Without a doubt we'll be hiring Miller Construction for our next project. My husband and I have worked and will continue to work with Dave Miller at Miller Construction Co Inc. We are extremely happy with his professionalism as well as his team on the window replacements for our home as well as building us a new back deck which came out beautifully. Shortly he will be installing a new attrium door for our dining room. They make sure the work area is cleaned up during and after every job. We were happy with our decision to have Dave Miller work for us and hope to continue our working relationship with him and his team on for any upcoming future projects. We just completed a project to completely remodel both of our bathrooms. They were very dated. The project included gutting each room and completely remodeling. During the project design phase, Dave helped us with a way to increase usable size of the original very small shower stall. The rooms were done one at a time. Each room was scheduled to take 3 weeks beginning to end. The project came in on time and on budget. During construction the crew managed to keep the rest of our house very clean. It didn’t feel like we were living in a construction zone. Also during the construction we had regular communication, with Dave to make sure that the project was on track. The communication included, in person, phone and email. Many days we would get an email telling us what had been done that day and what we could expect in the coming few days. To summarize we are thrilled with our new bathrooms. We would recommend Miller Construction without reservation.

Dave Miller and his crew did superior work on the installation of our many new windows, general exterior carpentry repair, and follow-on painting and staining. Everyone performing this work was thoroughly professional, courteous, and respectful at all times. The work was performed with the utmost quality and always on schedule. We would highly recommend using Miller Construction to all.

Added a large in law addition to our daughters house. Two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, two car garage. Start to finish Dave Miller and his team made everything so easy. From design to construction to finish. Always there on time, answered all questions we had, easy to keep in touch with him. Things were done according time line given. That in its self is amazing. Can not say enough good things about Dave, Josh, Scott and the rest of his team. Very professional, very efficient and very nice to work with. We get so many compliments on the finished project. Had inside shutters installed and the installers praised the work saying everything was so precise. This is our second time working with Dave Miller and I tell everyone about him. Miller Construction did our kitchen remodel. Extremely reliable, very detailed, project ran so smooth and they did a fantastic job! We started with no walls and down to the studs and converted a mud room and old kitchen into one large kitchen. We ended up with something out of Home and Garden and that is a direct result of the Miller Construction crew! The project started right after Thanksgiving and we had a fully installed beautiful kitchen by Christmas. Dave and his crew exceeded our expectations on all fronts - they were fantastic. We received daily updates from Dave and updates with plans for the week ahead so we knew every piece of the project along the way. The project ran so smooth and each crew member, including Dave, were so detailed resulting in a perfect kitchen. We are extremely happy with Miller Construction and and the work that they did. Lastly, we received quotes from 5 other companies prior to hiring Miller Construction - their prices were excellent and beat all others. Replaced windows and doors. Also general carpentry. Has done many projects on other properties I have owned in the past. Dave and his workers are very professional and always do quality work.
