My two replacement windows were scheduled for service on August 4. The email said between 2 and 4 PM. Service person was early, he called me to tell me he was on his way then again when he arrived at my gate. He was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and it didn’t take very long so needless to say I am very happy with the service.

Lalo Bravo arrived on schedule to repair the windows. He laid down the work cloth on the floor to ensure it would not be damaged by the windows. He did his work quick, and was kind to talk to the home owner while he was working. Thank you Milgard for having such a nice repair person.

The Milgard warranty is a fabulous benefit for the customer. Double pane windows are notorious for failing with condensation between the panes. Milgard replaces failed windows for the buyer's lifetime. I notified them via their website and in just a few weeks, they arrived at my door. Today, one of six sliding doors had the glass panel replaced. This was the third one in the 24 years since purchase. I recommend Milgard to everyone.

We have been very pleased with the customer service that has been provided to us by Milgard! We purchased windows for our entire home several years ago, and have called Milgard on two occasions to replace windows that developed a slight fog in between the panes. from the begining to the end excellent service - it has been over 20 years since we put our windows in and I could not find my sales order and the way they labled the windows back then is not the way they do it now. However the lady on the customer service end found our order and then proceeded to set up the repair request. It took two weeks for the appointment but we understand that. However communication about the upcoming repair visit and on the day was excellent - repair guy phoned us when he was 1/2 hour away and was within the time window. Hello. My name is Greg Walman. I purchase my Milgard window in 1988. They were purchase with a life time warranty. All of these windows are custom sized and were built by Milgard. Now after 38 years of warranty repairs, I can honestly say service has never wavered. The crews that installed our windows last week are a testament to the pride they have for Milgard and their workmanship. These window are very difficult to measure and replace. They are 12' off the ground 4' wide and 9' tall and 21' to the top edge. The crews operated skill and professionalism, removal and replacement went without a hitch. Thank you for all the years of great service. Special thank you to the crews and a shout out for Mark 42 years at Milgard windows.

Like the sign on the side of the Milgard service truck "Clearly the best", there's no doubt they are the best. Their lifetime warranty is truly commendable. No issues or questions asked when I requested the service to replace 15 glass units in our house. Aaron and Juan who did the service are very professional, courteous and very thorough in getting the job done. Definitely, I will recommend Milgard to anyone I know who will need window replacement.

A dining room window in my 24 year old house clouded up badly to the point I couldn’t see clearly out of it. I completed the information Milgard warranty department requested online and within a short time they sent me an email scheduling a date for the repair. I had a great experience getting warranty service to replace a huge window. It was easy to schedule an appointment online. Milgard's Support seems to be US-based; I had to interact with Support several times regarding this appointment, and everyone I spoke to was competent and able to answer all my questions. The team of technicians arrived on time, got everything done very quickly, were professional and kind. Even though this was a free replacement, the new window turned out to be an upgrade in terms of materials and glass thickness. Impressed with the service overall. Thanks Milgard!

I had Milgard windows and sliding doors installed on my home about ten years ago. I have been very happy with the performance and look of these windows. I did have a problem with one window that developed some streaks inside the double paynes of glass. I reported the issue to Milgard and they replaced the window under warranty. The guys that installed the new window did an excellent job. I would buy Milgard windows again!!!

Had a very good experience on our third visit from the warranty department at Milgard. The first and second visit with a Technicon was bad, he didn't have parts both times and it took several months to get those appointments. Needless to say we were pretty upset after waiting so long. Sliding glass door is very good quality. Had trouble with the locking mechanism but after speaking with Milgard they had a service rep out within a few days. He took care of the problem and described the functions of the locks with the home owners. Walt was excellent. This is not an inexpensive door but the secure locking system and quality construction is worth it. Thanks.

Our sliding glass door cracked. Milgard honored the lifetime guarantee and replaced it. They did a great job of cleaning all of the broken glass and cleaning up after installing the new window.

4 dining area windows were installed in Nov 2025. On sunny days in January 2026 I notice a film and streaks on the windows on the inside. Called the installer, they assessed that the windows were delivered with the film on them. Suggested I contact Milgard to assess the situation. Filled out service request in late January. First appt was in late Feb that I couldn't do, so the next available was March 9. Gordon cleaned the inside and outside of the windows with sprayway glass cleaner and they now look okay. Happy that he was able to get them cleaned. Disappointed that they were delivered in that condition. Seems as if there would be a quality control check somewhere that the film would have been detected before they were installed.

Thank you, we are almost done and on our way to working slider. I look forward to receiving the replacement door handle, then all is well.

OMG, Two guys appeared at my door to fix a sliding door from hanging up and scrapping the runners. One fellow pulled out a screwdriver kneeled down to a screw that wasn't visible and adjusted it. VOILA, now door slides perfectly. I think they were all of Six-minutes then out the door with a smile. We received stellar service from Milgard this week. We purchased replacement windows over 10 years ago, which we absolutely love in our old bungalow home. One of the custom windows was starting to become difficult to open and close. Milgard searched for our order, which I am guessing was archived somewhere and scheduled a service call promptly. Steve arrived prepared with springs, not only for the one window we were having issues with, but springs for all our custom windows (apparently some things have improved over the years)! We went with Milgard replacement windows because we loved the quality, appearance and reputation of the company for standing behind their work and product. We recently embarked on a project to replace 40+ windows in our home. As part of our selection process, we considered both the glass replacement option and retro fit option. After having consultations on each option and understanding the pros and cons of each we decided to proceed with the new window retro fit option. We worked with Legendary CALREP to install Milgard windows. The quality of Milgard windows is exceptional. We chose to convert most of our single-hung windows to casement or picture windows (to maximize our views). The retro fit was seamless to install and the quality is excellent. Fast forward to a service call by Milgard to replace a scratched piece of glass and the experience was fabulous. The team was very communicative throughout the process. Our technician, Nick, called in advance of his planned arrival, he was professional, courteous and quickly tended to the work and also adjusted a handle on one of the casement windows while here. Good product. My last mill guard windows lasted about 30 years. The ones that get the most weather finally needed replaced. Out of 21 windows only 7 needed replaced. Not bad. When our window washer pointed out that several of our windows had "failed", something we could barely see, we soon learned that by choosing Milgard when the windows were replaced several years earlier, that replacement was just a phone call away. Once the precise windows and their measurements were confirmed based on the original work order, we were given a date for replacement. After an email reminder and a phone call to confirm as the date grew close, the installation of the new windows was completed quickly and efficiently by Bobby, our Millard technician. Courteous and professional, he capped off what was overall a very satisfying experience. We can highly recommend Milgard. Great product backed up by outstanding customer service.

The tech. was very profesional and very careful in examining the problem with the lock problem. He wasn't able to fix the problem because he found that the window was improperly installed by NEIMAN glass. He took down all the info. needed along with measurements and pictures I'm sure to send to Neiman glass. I look forward too a phone call from Neiman.

Technician was helpful and we tried another swing it trying to fix it and we’ll have to see what the homeowner feels, and what happens with the window with its performance.

Milgard was helpful in replacing a failed window. It took a little time to get the visit scheduled, but the techs were in and out in 10 minutes. (Just a note: it was a second-story window, and it did require two visits because they sent only one tech with no ladder on the first visit. However, they were able to arrange a return visit easily.)

Warranty service. Servicer team (2) were clean, polite & helpful. Two (2) of three windows were fixed. The third was out of level/plumb and was causing closing issue. I’ll have to address that outside of warranty service - either the window was installed incorrectly or the house has settled.

Milgard truly stands behind their warranty. The UV protection recently failed on one of my patio doors, installed over 20 years ago. A quick phone call set a no-question replacement date. There was no need to come and inspect, or measure. Everything was on file. The repairman came promptly within the 2-hour window, and the replacement was completed quickly and cleanly.

Everything went smooth. However, the timing was completely off. I was called on Wednesday, January 28 and told that Milgard would be to my home between 1:45 p.m.and 3:45 PM. They arrived about noon so it would’ve been easy for us to have missed them and given how long it took from the time I first called and began the process of having the failed window replaced until today. It may have taken a long time to get them back. Anyway, nice guys came, took the old window out, put the new window in, very professional. My technician, Will Labinski, arrived within the service window scheduled and was very friendly!! He put on shoe covers each time he entered the house and took the time to answer my questions on what causes the seal to break and the window discolor. Give that man a raise!!

I was not happy to learn that the moisture between the panes was 'normal' I had the understanding that the glass was seal and that wouldn't happen which I felt was a good selling point for Milgard. One of the installers told me if I had this issue again I would have to pay for the new windows if I wanted them replaced.

The tech person said the windows are defective but because are tinted he will not replace them.I told him I don't recall tinting but if it is it will take less than 10 minuted to remove the tinting. I told him we are seniors ( older than 80 years old) and a little understanding would be appreciated. He refused. Shame om Milgard.

Milgard products and customer service are the best I’ve seen. I’d recommend them to everyone for windows and doors. Most recently Justo came to replace glass on a huge picture window. It couldn’t have gone better. He called ahead to let me know when he was arriving, showed up on time, finished quickly, left no mess, and patiently answered any questions that I had. I’m terrible with names, but the other guy on his team was also excellent. They know their stuff and they’re nice about it. Can’t beat it.

I had some windows and a slider that needed replaced after 30 yrs . I have 31 windows in my home and only 8 needed the glass replaced. Milgard had two of their workers Eddie and Augusta come and do the delivery and install. They were very quick and efficient. We needed to make a second warranty claim as the Tech did not complete all the fixes in the first visit. During the second visit all our issues were addressed and we are very happy. Had a 32 years old Milgard skylight removed and replaced with new one. The positives were the lifetime replacement for defective product. And the workman were Outstanding. They were A+ 5 star rating. They worked fast and were curtious. The only negatives was the scheduling process was slow and confusing. It took over 3 months to set up remove and replace. It needs fixing at corporate level not local.

I just had a warranty repair on my recently installed window. While I am not thrilled that a repair was necessary I was pleased with the Milgard warranty service. The Tech, Ryan contacted us in the morning to tell us his window of arrival and later called to tell us he would be arriving in 30 to 40 minutes . 30 minutes later he’s at my house. He’s was professional, affable and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem and had the window working straight away. Before he left I asked him about another issue with a different window and showed it to him as he was walking back to his truck.. He popped the loose strip off the window frame, cleaned the track out and reinstalled the strip. The two men who replaced our skylight (on warranty) were highly professional and well organized. They kept me informed about the process and finished the job very quickly. Very happy with Milgard for replacing the glass of 3 windows under the warranty. I purchased the windows 10 years ago. Of the 3 Milgard techs, 2 did a perfect job while the other one didn’t seem to care that the rubber part was crooked. All 3 techs were courteous.
