MMI built and installed a gorgeous bookcase (to replace the ugly existing one) in my condo; it is perfect and to my specifications. Mike Leary and his crew were wonderful to work with. I am thrilled with the result.

We worked with Mike Leary on our home project. Mike crafted beautiful cabinets for our kitchen, living room, dining room and guest bath. Working with our designer, Mike worked on getting the color of the cabinets just right - they are beautiful. Installation was perfect. Mike corrected any imperfections without hesitancy making sure the cabinets were perfect and we were satisfied. We highly recommend Modern Millwork Innovations!

Modern Millwork made my kitchen cabinets almost 5 years ago and we are still loving them. Recently, they were out to replace my panel on my dishwasher (chips that were a problem with the dishwasher and not due to a faulty cabinet ). They were so helpful in getting my problem resolved and it reminded me why we used them in the first place. MMI was the best part of our renovation - from the earliest design phase to the final installation. They were professional, creative, and the quality of the finished product is exquisite. MMI recently completed a small & major job for us. In our family room they solved the problem of limited space by 'building' a table top that was 'built' into the wall so that it appeared to 'float’ thereby eliminating the need for any legs to support it. They also entirely transformed one of the rooms in our Gold Coast condo into a fabulous office/work space. All 4 walls were covered with beautifully finished cabinetry that was created for different functions, storage and/or display. From the beginning stages of conceptualization & preliminary discussions through to the finished job; I was consulted, informed and kept appraised of all aspects of the job and status. Any potential problem or issue that arose during the process of construction was addressed easily & effectively. The job was begun & finished in a timely fashion and according to the projected timeframe. Every member of their team was a pleasure to be around; hard working, efficient, and helpful without disruption to the rest of the household. Their work space was routinely left neat, clean & orderly throughout the process. I can't say enough about this family run company and their crew: their workmanship, professionalism, reliability & integrity all are exemplary! I wish that I had 'found’ this company years ago and have no hesitancy in highly recommending them for any size job. Based on the years and variety of renovation projects we've undertaken, I can attest to the fact that this company is a rare find in the industry!

As a professional interior designer, I am most impressed with Modern Millwork Innovations. I have just completed a Downtown interiors project for which MMI fabricated custom Bathroom and Living Room millwork that my partner and I designed. It was our first experience with MMI. Mike Leary was respectful and professional at meetings and was very prompt and consistent with deadlines. Mike's versatile knowledge was very evident in our discussions regarding choice of veneer, interior cabinet hardware, proportions, etc. It's obvious Mike is used to working with interior design professionals; he understood our acute attention to detail and was intent on achieving the vision we had. The installation went smoothly. Alan cheerfully returned to drill holes for the A/V wire and cords. The client is so pleased with the outcome. I will definitely call MMI again for future millwork projects.
