Monarch did an excellent job. They helped design the project and handled all aspects of the work. Delivered clean, complete job on time and on budget. They did it while we were out of town. The project involved removing a wall and cabinets then installing a new stone wall with fireplace and a new A/V system. We could not be happier with their work.

Monarch Builders did an outstanding job remodeling our home. We made all our selections and left for 6 weeks. When we got back the project was complete. Our furniture was moved back in and ready for our arrival home. Top shelf contractors that weI have and continue to recommend.

I hired Monarch Builders to remodel my second home in Florida. While I was not a fan of doing this type of job long distance, Monarch did an amazing job of keeping me in the loop and working out any issues that came up. The challenge for many who want to complete a remodeling project in southwest Florida is not living here year-round, or full time. That was our situation. We had to find a company we could we trust to handle a relatively modestly-scaled kitchen remodel, but with many upper-end finishes and subtle grace-notes... and handle it while we were 1300 miles north near Philadelphia. The Campos family's Monarch Builders had the professional competence which gave us the confidence to hand over our keys and consult by phone, text and internet, with just three site-visits during the six month project timeframe. It's all done. It's all beautiful. They worked clean. They honored their contracts. The overruns were on our end, with upgrades and change-orders that we understood. (Perhaps the allowances for granite, tile and electrical were a bit skimpy in the contract, but theoretically we could have selected more basic finishes that probably would have fit the allowances.) The company owners were always just a phone call or text away. That is huge, compared with the complaints I see on Houzz. Their subcontractors are very competent and, in every case where I met them, extremely friendly. This is not a low budget organization. But we are professionals and feel we need to work with quality people to get a quality job. It's always stressful to work long-distance, but It was a very successful result working with Bill Campos Sr and Jr.

Excellent timely work. Their ideas and design skills helped us immensely in finalizing our remodeling project. It was a tricky job but the final outcome improved the look of our home. We couldn't ask for anything else.

We have been using them for several years and always been satisfied with their professionalism, efficiency and work. They use very qualified contractors and if anything is wrong it is fixed immediately. They also complete the jobs within time frame determined at beginning of the job.
