The folks at Moniques were very helpful although my project was small. I was able to have a conversation about my needs and they offered some suggestions. The ordering process was easy and the product was delivered quickly. Because it is a small, local business I felt completely comfortable just stopping by to pick up the order. I would definitely shop there again.

The sales staff at Moniques are very knowledgeable and very helpful and did not seem to mind our indecision in making selections. Tom, in particular, went out of his way to help keep our project moving along. We were always kept informed of the status of orders and during the COVID-19 pandemic this was invaluable in coordinating plumbers and other trades. The project was a large house renovation, the noted project cost below is for the plumbing fixtures only.

For our first bathroom renovation 30 years ago, we purchased all our fixtures from Monique's. Our salesperson was Vinnie Battista. Fast forward 30 years, we went back looking for Vinnie to help us with the bathroom renovation of our new empty-nester apartment. He's still there and he still remembers us! We told him he was the reason we came back. Now an emeritus, he introduced us to Chris Sawicki, a young associate. Chris lived up every bit to his mentor's standards and to our expectations. Twice, he personally delivered parts to us that were missing or damaged from shipment. I don't mean he just ordered the parts, he personally delivered them to us knowing they were on the critical path. We were speechless. This is consistency. This is culture. This is service one class above.

I love working with Monique's Bath Showroom. They have a beautiful showroom, great selection of products, excellent customer service, and their staff is very helpful. Patrick, the sales manager is extremely knowledgeable and sources the best products for my jobs. As an interior designer, this level of service and wide variety high-end bathroom plumbing fixtures is exactly what I need for my clients' projects. Chris Sawicki's advice and guidance were a great help when my wife and I were planning our bathroom renovation. He steered us to products that fit our particular needs and pointed out the pros and cons of each choice. Chris was always calm and good-natured. Working with him was one of the few stress-free and enjoyable parts of our renovation project!

I was looking for a faucet to match a reverse-osmosis faucet. I sent an email inquiry with the part number of the reverse-osmosis faucet and Kevin Heffernan at Monique's Bath Showroom wrote back promptly with a suggestion. I sent several more emails asking about several other brands and he responded promptly and helpfully each time. When I went into the store and saw the one he had suggested (as well as several of the others I had come up with), I saw that he was absolutely right. The one he first suggested was perfect. As if that were not enough, when the handyman who was installing it ran into a problem (not with the faucet), I called Kevin and he made a great suggestion. I tend to have high expectations, but Kevin Heffernan at Moniques easily exceeded them.

We’re doing a total bathroom renovation-without hiring a designer. Tom P. has been a tremendous help as I navigate this sometimes overwhelming process. He listens carefully, then advises wisely. And he’s responded promptly to my many questions! Tom is always professional and friendly, making it a pleasure to work with him.

This place is amazing and the people know their stuff. They will help point you in the right direction and provide good quality products and the best customer service out there.

This is an amazing show room. Patrick is very helpful, available and above all knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions we had and give relevant information that would assure us on our selections.

My Grohe Ondus Faucet Moon White chipped after the first summer Grohe would not fix it . Jim Mahoney my sales person on his own found someone to redcoat it took it there and picked it up on his own time I was only charged $100.He was great to work with and was always available when I called
