terrible company they scam older people and handicap ones my wife has a federal registered service dog , they delivered broken furniture to us and ten minutes later said we can not return it because of pet hair so we have hade to sleep on a broken bed, we payed almost thee thousand dollars for .

Poor serves on the phone if you have time to wait over 40 minutes. Deliver date has changed several times. Can not get a hold to any one in the stores.

I bought a dinning room set from Moore furniture the first time we ate dinner on it the dishes left scratch’s all over the table top. I went to mor furniture and was told without pictures I would have to call the manufacturer. I took pictures and went back to the store. I spoke to a sales manager who told me that they could do nothing about the scratches but to to the service department and show them the pictures. I went to your service department and was told it was my fault for putting dishes on the table. (Like my family was going to set under the table for for dinner) I called the manufacturer only to be told they no longer make this furniture and to take it up with the store. I’ve never seen such poor customer service in my life. I will never step foot in your store again and will show these pictures to everyone I come in contact with!

Purchased dinning room set delivered today very unfriendly Dilivery unpacked items discovered the bolts for the table were not long enough to install legs and was short one bolt required 12 only came with 11, called customer service with no answer, left a message and went to buy new bolts $4.09 latter purchased new bolts. Received a call back and was offered to have an assembly associate to come out in 4 days who would assemble the 12 bolts for the table or since I purchased the new bolts I could return the other original bolts with a receipt and they would reimburse my $4.09 also one of the holes for the bolt would not except the bolt!!! Just think it’s fair to let others know what you can look forward too.
