About Us
Mosier Luxury Homes was co-founded by Amy and Adam Mosier with one primary vision in mind: design and build quality homes with comfortable, fluid spaces and high end, detailed finish out.
MLH specializes in building and urban infill development in and around Central and South Austin’s well-established urban core, focusing primarily in the 78746 78735 78703, 78705, 78731, 78756, 78757, and 78704 neighborhoods. These central Austin neighborhoods are unique, vibrant communities within close proximity to downtown, the University of Texas, the Domain and the airport. The ability to walk or bike to neighborhood schools and parks, as well as a multitude of established and new restaurants and retail are just some of the valued community benefits. Additionally, MLH consistently strives to respect and maintain the character and aesthetic of each neighborhood while ensuring adherence to the City of Austin’s intricate zoning and building codes.
With a discerning eye for intelligent composition and sound construction, We take pride in building to achieve a minimum of a 4-star rating with Austin Energy. Meeting these high standards of the Austin Energy Green Building program ensure that our homes not only look beautiful, but live and perform efficiently, economically and responsibly.
