kabi kitchen and bath cabinets

We have tried relentlessly to get in touch with the team at Kabi to replace a door panel. They are completely unresponsive. I actually want to pay them - give them my business - to replace something and they cannot bother to call me or email me back. We have loved the look and quality of our Kabi cabinetry but desperately need to replace a door that was damaged by us. It is beyond frustrating!

Consistently Awful I first contacted Steve Johnson of kabi on a Sunday, 2/28/21. I was pleasantly surprised that he responded the same day regarding our request for a custom bathroom cabinet. Things went downhill from there very quickly. Subsequent emails were not returned, or returned week(s) later. By 3/23 I heard from him asking a couple of specific questions about the design. I responded immediately with the answers and never heard from him. I had to send an email to his secretary (?) to make sure he was receiving my emails. 2 weeks later, when I again sent him an email, he stated he was still waiting for my answers, which had already been sent 2 weeks earlier. I called kabi directly asked to speak directly to him. I was directed to his email, and of course I couldn't leave a message because his mailbox was full. I asked his secretary to have him call me. 5 days later , and he never returned my call. I will never use their services. One thing is for sure, Steve Johnson is consistent in how badly he communicates. I should have read other reviews before even contacting kabi, as my experience is not unique. His behavior is completely inexcusable.

The customer service at this company is, to put is nicely, sub-optimal. One of the hinges on my cabinet doors broke. All I need is for them to help me find a replacement hinge. It's been three weeks now of leaving messages via email and voicemail. They have yet to pick up the phone or return a message. In the mean time, I have no cabinet door and no way to replace it. It would be difficult to get an all together different hinge as I would have to re-drill all the holes. The product is good, but if something goes wrong, just know, you are on your own.

I have worked with Kabi on few projects (kitchen and two bathrooms) and absolutely love Kabi. Quality of cabinets, craftsmanship and customer service are wonderful. I love collaborating with Annie who is very skilled and fun to work with. I will continue using Kabi for my future projects and I highly recommend their services.

Change of staff toward the end of the design phase. Now they are putting the whole project behind weeks. They do not return emails. There has been no contact from Kabi in weeks, not even to say "um sorry?" Not so good on customer service.

My husband and I hired kabi to replace the original St. Charles cabinets in our 1954 kitchen. We wanted to keep the sleek look of steel cabinets, and I'd seen kabi kitchens on Houzz.com and a designer friend recommended their showroom in Denver to us. My husband and I met with Nancy, explained to her what we were trying to do, and we completed our kitchen two weeks ago. We are thrilled! Nancy took our vision and created great plans (that won raves from our contractor and architect) that transformed our kitchen yet kept a retro vibe that we were looking for. We were on a tight schedule, and Nancy was responsive to our needs, there were no budget surprises, all deadlines were met, and our contractors were just blown away at the quality of the cabinets. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about the kabi product and staff. We're looking forward to adding a powder room soon and will definitely use kabi for that project as well!

We love Kabi. We had a 1956 kitchen original to our mid century modern house. We love cooking and Kabi helped us have our perfect kitchen. Our next project is a bathroom and our master suite. Everyone we stealth with was very professional . You won't believe the selection in so many choices and great cabinet construction.

We have nothing but great things to say about Kabi. They are efficient, reliable, and friendly, as well as very helpful and supportive in the process of choosing colors and materials for cabinets. Our project got delayed and dragged on for a bit but Nancy was patient and communicated with us on a regular basis. We are very happy with our cabinets and would highly recommend them to anyone. We chose kabi for our remodel after we were impressed by a kabi kitchen that we saw on the Kitchens On Fire tour in Boulder. Our contractor was happy with the ease of installation. We were pleased to get a beautiful kitchen within our budget and contractor's allotted time. We love the modern style, the special features such as the microwave garage, pantry, storage in island, and the functionality of our new space.

Specific appliances, design requests for this kitchen were incorporated and met by this knowledgeable kabi customer service team. This is an outstanding, functional, contemporary and beautiful kitchen and the client loves their new kitchen! My wife and I love our kitchen, closets and entertainment center - everything Kabi did for us. We've done this several times before although never as easily as with Kabi (Being Denver based we could see the product in progress, speak to the local team, etc.,) or as cost effectively.
