Ron did an outstanding job networking (TVs/Roku/SlingTV) my residence. He was punctual, polite and professional. His invoice was actually less than he estimated.

Upon the recommendation of a friend, I hired Ron Rutkowski of Media Works to oversee the audio/visual/computer wiring of my small house remodel. The job was somewhat complicated in that it was done in 2 phases, but Ron and I worked out the details and he did an excellent job coordinating with my contractor and electrician. Ron is a meticulous worker and even dons shoe covers each time he enters my already dusty house! He was able to re-use some existing speakers for the ceiling of one room, and provided me with Sonos components as well. I was very grateful that he was able to plan a complicated bracket system and recessed cavity for my wall-mounted TV, which required that all wiring be done within a wall cavity prior to sheetrocking. The job came off without a hitch, thanks to Ron's careful planning and execution. Having used another high-end media installer in the past, I must praise Media Works for its timely execution, excellent communication, fair prices and extremely pleasant owner.

When I decided to build a basement media room, I interviewed three different AV vendors. Ron was down to earth, he understood what I was trying to do, he followed up proactively. (One of the others was too expensive and the third really didn't 'get' the project). When the rest of the costs went up forcing me to scale down my AV budget he worked with me so I could get what I wanted. His advice is very practical. He came out several times more than originally estimated including once when the electrician messed up the speaker wiring - I did not get charged extra. In addition, he has followed up several times after the project ended making sure that everything is going well.

I have hired Ron and his team at Media Works to install multiple AV systems at several houses for us. He has put together great systems for us that are easy to use, reliable and the products are great.. high quality sound, picture, setup etc. I can't say enough good things about Ron. He is very organized, professional, responsive, neat and tidy. All of our equipment is well organized and labeled..ie no crazy messy wires all over the place! On the few times where we have had challenges working a system (usually operator error) or a component problem, Ron has been VERY responsive and fixed or replaced a unit/issue almost immediately. GREAT SERVICE..

Media Works did an amazing job updating my entertainment system, including installing Sonos, outdoor speakers and Apple TV. They were efficient, professional and trust-worthy. I highly recommend them and will use them for all future entertainment and security system needs.
