From the beginning, we had a great experience with the team at My Design Guide Inc! We wanted to upgrade our patio but we weren't creative enough to know what to do. David was full of great suggestions to make the patio a true conversation piece while still honoring our budget and we couldn't be happier with the result! The quality of work and professionalism is the best I have seen in this business, and they really do take pride in their work. David communicated with us throughout the process and was meticulous in ensuring our yard was still taken care of during the construction period. We have received so many compliments on our new paver patio, fire pit with seating, and built-in outdoor counter. I highly recommend going with them. I would go with them again a hundred times over!

We had no idea where to start, we had a large project with so many moving parts can be very challenging for novices like us. From the very beginning, Emil was responsive, helpful, timely with any questions, night and day. Since this was a gut job we were even more nervous. We were astonished on just how easy the whole process was with no hiccups at all. Less than 3 weeks and we had a wonderful spa. His workers were responsible, timely, responsive and did an amazing job down to the little details. Even our friends were surprised we had such an easy time with the job. Book them for any job because you will not be disappointed.

We couldn't be happier with My Design Guide Inc. We hired them to gut our basement and remove a few dead trees. He showed up when he said he was going to, respected our space, worked hard, completed the project on time for the cost that he quoted, and left the space as clean as possible. It is so rare to find any contractor these days who do what they say they are going to do, so this company is a real diamond in the rough. Highly recommend!

Emil is the most professional, honest, and hardworking person I've hired. I hired him and his crew to pour a 16'x12' concrete slab for a patio. He walked me through every step of the way and communicated with me at all times. I highly recommend him and I will be hiring him for future jobs. It was truly a stress-free job knowing I was getting a good quality install!

We were apprehensive while spending a ton of money for a pool and detached patio. The team from My Design Guide were very professional, Emil was a great help for a few punch list type details that we had. The pool is beautiful and exceeds our initial expectations of what we thought it would look like. Thanks for everything that you have done to make our backyard into our personal oasis.

Glad that we went with My Design Guide for our project that included: Windows and sliding door replacement. Emil gave us the best quote out of 4 vendors that we talked too; Others quoted higher and for double-pane windows only. Since the windows are custom ordered, we were promised an 8-week time frame from contract to installation and it was on point. The installers were friendly and professional and they cleaned their workspace thoroughly after each window. I am thankful that they were willing to work around our jumpy toddlers. They also kept the NSFR labels carefully. The follow-ups were great too. One of the installers came back less than a week after installation was completed to touch up old screw holes and cracked surrounding walls. We couldn't ask for a better experience. If you are looking for a reliable company and people to work with, go with My Design Guide.

My Design Guide Inc recently installed a new roof and new windows for our house, and we couldn't have been happier! We originally contracted them to put in new windows, but when we suddenly found ourselves in need of a roof fast, we talked with David, he and his team sprinted into action to accommodate our situation so we could have it done within a week. Throughout the two installation jobs, David was responsive, attentive, and very thorough in explaining the process to us. He was also upfront and honest on his pricing, no surprises. We would definitely work with them again on our future home improvement needs.

Emil got back to me very quickly after I initially contacted him, unlike other attempts I made to find a contractor. We had several unrelated projects that needed to be completed: interior painting and carpentry, tree removal, and shed demolition and replacement. He assessed the work and got a contract to me quickly. Work started soon after I signed the contract. The crews were all competent and did good jobs. It's always good to know that the people doing the work respect your place. Emil kept in touch and came by to check on the progress of all work, and always checked with me to make sure I was happy. I am a very satisfied customer.

Emil did a renovation of our bathroom on a short notice and completed it within the time we needed. He did a very wonderful job with great attention to detail and I would definitely work with him again on future projects! He walked us through how to pick materials and provided feedback on some of our initial material selection (thanks so much from saving us from potential future headaches!) and worked with us on our budget. He was also very trustworthy and easy to work with.

I made an investment in a top of the line grill. I was tired of buying an $800 grill every 3-4 years. My experience with My Design Guide was beyond expectations. From the purchase to the install it was nothing but professional. I called during time with two minor issues not related to the installation and it may have been the best customer experience that I've ever had. Not only did they take care of my problem but they also went out of their way to make sure they understood my problem and took the time to exceed my expectation. I probably won't need another grill in my lifetime, but they have my outdoor fun business for the ever. Thank you for proving customer service.

My Design Guide Inc was absolutely amazing to work with. From our first meeting, we knew right away this was the design company we wanted for our kitchen. Their vision of what they could do with the kitchen just by viewing photos was amazing. We had companies come to our home and they had never made any of the suggestions Emil and the team had. They knew exactly what we wanted and more! The team was wonderful and very attentive. They made our kitchen remodel a priority and went far above what we expected. At no time did I feel pressured, rushed or like I was annoying them with my constant questions. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality design, work, and customer service.

Emil did a fantastic job with our backyard a few years ago and we hired him again last year to do the wall around our house and redo our front yard. He always gave us a fair bit and he was very knowledgeable. He took our ideas and made them so much more than we imagined. Our pavers were perfect, with so many curves we wanted Mark made sure that they were perfect. His crew was on time every day and they were very respectful guys. I will continue to use My Design Guide for all our needs and I am looking forward to working with him again.
