They are excellent, the service they have including architects, engineers, interior designer all with the same company is so convenient. Great listeners and ready to answer any questions or concerns.

Most of the experience was 5 star, but there were some hiccups. Promises that were kept, but needed persuasion which cause anxiety on our part. A few items that could have been conveyed better, especially the septic system and it's requirements. Overall a positive experience, just one of the brothers was a little green and needs some people experience. I would use them again and have recommended them to others. Just get everything in writing and ask questions.

After thoroughly researching our options, we chose Nalle Custom Homes to build our home. We based our decision partly on the quality of home they built, and largely on their integrity and fairness. We started the project in 2013, finished about 10 months later in May of 2014, and have lived in the home for almost a year now! Throughout the process, Nalle was always super easy to work with, and very responsive to any of our concerns. Their office team was stellar at walking us through all the selections we needed to make, and very patient as we weighed options and pricing. During the build, they kept us informed of everything going on, and were flexible as we made a few slight modifications along the way. They were very fair and a pleasure to work with. Of course there were a few times we had disagreements, but we were always able to resolve any differences quickly and with mutual respect. We are very happy with the home they built, and they have been super supportive in the first year when a few minor things needed fixing or modifications. We have spoken with several other people who started custom homes around the same time we did, and we feel very fortunate to have chosen them to work with. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom builder.

Our experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Nalle Custom Homes is hands on and very detail oriented. The sub-contractors Nalle Custom Homes uses are top notch as well. When we decided to build a custom home, we were told by many friends as to how stressful the process is and heard many nightmare stories of what they had been through with other custom home builders. We have experienced nothing of the sort with Nalle. There are no short cuts with Nalle. We broke ground in August of 2014 and have really enjoyed the process. Everything has been right on schedule. We are very pleased thus far and are very excited to see the finished product. It has been our experience to this point, that with Nalle Custom Homes you get the highest quality service and the highest quality product. There is a reason they have such a great reputation...They earn it every day!

We met with Tilghman Nalle and have been in communication with him during the beginning process of planning our new home. He is extremely knowledgeable concerning new industry ideas and had some excellent suggestions about keeping costs within our budget. We have seen many homes in the area built by this company and they show well and are high quality and fully expect our home will be well constructed.
