I have worked with many interior designers over my career as an architect, but Nancy Anderson is by far the most professional and creative designer I have met. I have been involved with Nancy on both residential and commercial projects. Whether it be a large or small project she has a unique flair for creating beautiful interiors for clients. She can find the perfect colors and styles for traditional, transitional, modern or classic styles. Nancy is always the interior designer we select for our projects.

We were so pleased with Nancy Anderson! A good friend of mine had referred me to her and we hit the jackpot ! Not only did she help us in picking out carpet and blinds for our new renovated 1100 square-foot basement but literally helped to pick out all of the furniture, artwork and decorations! She was so wonderful and open to work with and her creativity and ability to take an open space and make it so inviting and warm was amazing !!! We highly recommend her ! Nancy went the extra mile for us in our new basement. She helped pull it all together in one of the most beautiful designs I have ever seen . Her ability to take an open space and find all the right furniture, artwork, decorations etc. was amazing ! I have used decorators in the past and Nancy by far is probably the best we have ever come across . She is warm, lovely, kind, extremely talented and open to all suggestions . I recently purchased a home in need of tlc and so embarked on a major renovation. I enjoy decorating and have a good eye, but this project was expansive. I probably made a 1000 decisions from paint colors and furnishings and on down to hooks and hinges. I could not have done it without Nancy. Her understanding of my style was spot on. Her paint color suggestions were perfect. She helped me make big decisions like my kitchen counters and furniture choices. it all came together better than I imagined. Worth every penny, in fact I saved money working with her. If you can call it work..... she's fun to spend time with! The whole process was great!!

What's there not love about Nancy?! She's down to Earth, listens to your needs, has an amazing eye for color and detail and will make a job like updating your home an easy one. She is professional and caring. Not only have I seen her outstanding work first hand but have heard from a number of her client's how much they love all the aspects she picked for their home; from drapery, to pillows, paint color to designing full layouts and furniture for every room. I highly recommend her.

Nancy helped us stage our house before we put it on the market. She helped us with the remodel of our hall bathroom, picking the paint colors for the entire interior of the house, how to set up our accessories and helping us pick those extra touches. When it was all complete the end result was beautiful and the house sold in 10 days! Nancy is extremely easy to work with and her design expertise is exceptional.

Nancy took our list of requirements and created several great looking restrooms for men, women and even two child themed restrooms. To help us keep costs down even painted some props for the child restrooms. She looks out for her customers ensuring the contractors are replicating her vision of the space. Many people at our organization comment about how much the like the new restrooms. Nancy is available to answer questions quickly, helping to keep the project moving along. We are very grateful for her assistance and continue to consult with her about other projects.

I had a pretty good idea what I wanted to accomplish with our remodeling projects, but just needed a professional to steer me in the right direction. Nancy listened well and provided creative ideas. She has a solid reputation in the industry and her connections with local retailers saved me time and money. But Nancy also surprised me by going the extra mile...literally! I was interested in a particular set of chairs but could not locate them in our area. I wanted to see and sit in them before purchasing, but unfortunately they were located over 1,000 miles away! Nancy had a trip scheduled for that general area and offered to check them out herself. She visited the site and reported back to me on quality and feasibility. Now that's what I call service! If you are looking for a talented, personable, energetic, honest, and hard working professional decorator.....look no further! One phone call soliciting color advice on the exterior of our home led to Nancy spearheading the total updating and staging of our home readying it for the spring 2015 market. The first room she updated was our master bedroom. When my husband came home from work that evening and saw what she had done with a new lamp, pillows and pictures......his expression was a big "WOW"! I knew then, that we were onto something good. Nancy then used her expertise and professional craftsman connections to further go room by room, updating with rugs, re upholstery, pillows, lamps, lighting suggestions and even transforming old tired fireplaces into beautiful warm updated fireplaces. Her ability to act as a liaison between myself and the craftsmen was an invaluable time saver. Her vision for staging a home, is amazing. I was always excited when Nancy came over to see what decorating items she brought with her! They always seemed to work, the little touches made a huge difference! I feel very blessed to have found such a warm, talented, caring individual who I knew I could count on. Finding Nancy was definitely "Money Well Spent"!

We've been working with Nancy for the past year on a major remodel/redecoration project in our home. Nancy was great to work with! She listened to what we wanted, understood what we were going for, and gave us some great suggestions along the way. During construction, she worked well alongside our contractor and the various tradespeople involved with our project. And she kept us on track - knowing when to get things done. As the project progressed, if there were any issues or problems, she was quick to step in and resolve them. We did a complete kitchen and laundry room remodel, and Nancy helped us every step of the way - with cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, appliances, room design and layout. We also completely remodeled our master bath - again, Nancy was helpful with every aspect of the job - cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, bath and shower fixtures, tile, and design and layout. She helped us furnish and decorate my husband's basement music studio, including furniture, flooring, window treatments, and a 1/2 bath. She helped us pick out new furniture for our family room, game room, and dining area; and helped pick out flooring, paint colors and miscellaneous furnishings throughout our house. Overall, Nancy was a pleasure to work with. She made everything easy, and fun! She was a great communicator - with us and with everyone else involved. She was professional, detail-oriented, very knowledgable and efficient. She brought us great ideas and options to consider, but ultimately let us make the choices that were right for us.

Nancy Anderson is incredibly talented, highly responsive, focused on exceptional customer service, professional and a very pleasant and fun person to work with. Selecting an Interior Decorator is a difficult decision! The reason it is hard because every decorator you will meet will show you beautiful pictures from their prior decorated homes or magazines. These pictures are nice but they do not help you establish a plan for your home. In selecting a decorator, I needed to know that the person that I would work with would be a professional but also have a vision for my home that would meet our tastes and needs of growing family with two young children. This is why Nancy Anderson is different and exceptional! In selecting a decorator, I narrowed it down to three choices. Each decorator I paid for two hours of service to come up with a plan…meaning layout of the furniture and select some colors that would work well with our neutral paint, gunstock hardwood floors, cider oak cabinets, black granite, earth tones marble fireplace and backsplash, in a 2 story great room. All decorators came with a layout and some suggested color combinations with pantone wheels. Some decorators were concerned with giving to much idea in fear of “borrowing their ideas and not giving them the business”. Here is how Nancy distinguished herself from the rest….. Nancy responded within 1 week and came back to our home with a layout for furniture, 3 actual fabric combinations for a sectional that would be the right size for the space, and a plan in how to pull it all together. The plan was furniture, rugs, window treatments, and then accessories. In those first two hours of work, Nancy demonstrated her talent, her passion for decorating, her responsive service, her ability to understand our tastes and needs, and created a warm and energizing partnership moving forward. In the end, Nancy has decorated my Great Room, Kitchen, Living Room and Dining room! It looks amazing and feels like I just moved into a new home! The entire process was fun and working with her was truly a pleasure. With every step, she would bring 3 -5 options to choose from. We had a saying that “Nancy only brings great options”. I hope this review was helpful…..You will not need to do the Decorator Challenge and contact many decorators as I did to find the best. Who knew remodeling could be so fun? Nancy Anderson takes a project that could be very stressful and makes the process as enjoyable as the outcome. She visualizes things you would never dream of, and her color expertise is astounding. She has transformed several of our homes over the years, as well as our numerous storefronts. She listens, inspires, encourages, and exceeds expectations. Can't say enough about this amazing designer.
