I ordered tile from the New York, NY showroom on 8/21//26 and have not received it yet. My bathroom remodel started on 9/17/26. The store was aware of when my remodel would start and assured me the tile would be delivered by 9/14/26. As of 9/19/26, the store can not tell me when the tile will arrive. It's simple, do not buy tile from this store.

Nemo Tile is one of our go-tos for a wide selection of tile. The showroom is well-organized, they have an accurate sense of how long things will take and what the costs will be, and the staff is always courteous and helpful. We're also grateful for the fact that they lend out samples for meetings with clients, and that they're fine with us bringing our clients in.

I have worked with Nemo tile for over 12 years and have always had a great experience with them. They have a huge selection and on the rare occasions they don't have what my clients are looking for they can get it for us. Everytime I go to the showroom it seems they have brought in new tile to go with todays trends. I highly recommend Nemo Tile for all your tile and stone needs
