Ealy Construction

We hired Ealy to help us remodel our outdated kitchen and bathroom. They brought an architect in and we worked with Luke on designs that worked for the space we had. We have utilized every inch of available space in our galley kitchen and our main bathroom. Mark was our main contractor for this phase of the projects. The cabinet maker could not get our custom cabinet the way we wanted and they made 2 cabinets that were rejected by Ealy as they were not what we wanted. Even on the third try it was not made correctly and Mark and JC were out in our garage with a skill saw cutting the large cabinet into two pieces! It was actually supposed to be in 3 pieces, but we made it work. It wasn’t what we originally planned on, but we love it! We love their work so much we had them back to design and build cabinets for our dining room. Those were easy and went right in. The last phase of our projects has just been completed. Scott was great about getting JC back once again and we loved the transformation of our unfinished basement into an amazing game room, guest area and bathroom. The room is warm and clean now. We have our ping pong table up all of the time now. I cannot say enough great things about Ealy and all of people that work there. For having done 3 separate remodel projects they made it look and feel easy! Thank you so much! We have told all of our friends that when they are ready to remodel, Ealy is the place to use!

We have had an amazing experience working with Nethaniel, not just once but several times. We had the air conditioner break down in our office in the heat of summer. He not only fixed it promptly but in the mean time he installed window air conditioners in each operatory to keep my patients comfortable. Honestly, saving the day if not week of cancelling patients. Once we saw his hard work ethic, we signed him up to do a retaining wall next to our home and a new front porch. All done beautifully and ahead of schedule. If Nethaniel isn't working on the project himself, he regularly comes and checks it at the end of the day. You can't beat that kind of service. We will soon be hiring him to remodel our laundry room and an addition to our home.

Our experience with Nethaniel as our G.C. runs contrary to every story you hear about home construction and contractors. He's hardworking, trustworthy, communicative, and very open about every step of the process. Through it all you can tell he loves what he does and that he cares about the project - in this case our custom home. We might well be a contractor's nightmare: very curious, very involved, and very particular. Nethaniel has done an unbelievable amount of work researching and pricing - from the special wrap to accommodate the exterior foam insulation to the ventilation needs of a tight house to the most beautiful windows in the world. His aesthetic can be relied on, and he will tell you if there's a better way to do something. His crew is polite and hardworking. The subs he works with are top notch. When we visit the site it is well maintained and professional, very much built with care. Building our home has been a joy.

Nethaniel and his crew did an incredible job with our Taphouse, from the early stages of demo to rebuilding exactly the way we wanted. He was punctual and communicative, and found many ways to accomplish our job that saved us money. He also has a great aesthetic eye and we relied on his opinion heavily for many of the details that make our place look so polished. Highly recommend!

An elderly lady was looking into the possibility of remodeling one of her existing bathrooms into a handicap bathroom. Ealy Enterprise was able to stop by the lady's house within a few days of my request to inspect the bathroom to be remodeled. Multiple options were then emailed to me (for visual understanding) so that my friend could see all the choices available to her. There were many unusual needs specific to my friend's condition. Ealy Enterprise worked diligently to accommodate everything my friend would need to make this new handicap bathroom work for her and be safe for her. In the end, my friend decided to move into an assisted living establishment because of all the other services she requires. Therefore, she chose not to have her bathroom remodeled. I have used Ealy Enterprise before in my own home. They continue to lived up to my expectations of kindness, clarity of financial expectations, and efficiency in job completion.

Our initial situation involved a bid beyond what we could afford for finishing our basement, so we came to Ealy enterprises and from the beginning said we had a budget for our project. We understood that flooring was not included with the exception of the bathroom, but we specifically asked that the bathroom be completely finished. The work that was done was top notch, excellent framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, but when we came around to finishing the project, there is a gap between the shower and the floor, and apparently the bid didn't include a floor border of the bathroom. The finish was lacking in that the windows were left full of drywall sanding debris, and the shower had drywall mud and sanding debris. We never asked that it be done cheaply, just that we had a budget. If cleaning up the drywall dust and mud and wiping out the shower can't be included in the budget version, I would have paid them to clean the mud up when it was wet, rather than chipping it out when my mother in law is here and wondering why the shower floor feels like a gravel road. Also it would have been nice to have communication about the gap under the shower. If the floor is not level, send me a bid to finish it out nicely versus leaving a gap between the floor and the shower and saying that a floor border was not included in the bid for a finished bathroom.

We hired Ealy Interprize to cap off a number of chimneys at our condo association and to repair a carport that had rotten wood beams. They did a very good job in a very timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend this company.

I've hired Nethaniel and his associates to do a number of jobs. In one he installed four ceiling-to-floor windows that transformed the room -- did a wonderful job. In another he remodeled and fully tiled a guest bathroom and guests, and others, invariably comment on what unique and comfortable space it is. In one of his smaller jobs he created a spice rack between two studs in our kitchen. His design included a faux arch and trim that add just the right touch, very nice and always draws complements.

Nethaniel and his team replaced a tub surround. They did a great job. The sheetrock and floor trim look great. The paint job is very professional. They were timely and courteous to work with. Once his team completed the job, Nethaniel came to inspect it to make sure he was satisfied with the work.
