Nicole and her team did an amazing job in renovating my condo in Arlington, VA in preparation for sale. NGage Properties Group truly transformed my home with results that exceeded my expectations. I initially contacted them to upgrade my kitchen and to build a screened-in porch. However, after meeting with them, I realized that I wanted a contemporary style upgrade to the entire 1950s split-level home with an exterior that matched the interior without detracting from the overall look of the neighborhood. After showing me the architectural plans, they walked me through an immersive 3D version of my home using their new nVision service which allowed me to see, and nearly touch, all the new designs via virtual reality goggles. I was left with a fully modern, warm, and inviting exterior with the new screened-in back porch I longed for; an owner's suite I couldn't have dreamed of; an open kitchen/dining/living space with a new powder room on the main level; and a reconfigured bathroom for my two teenagers that they absolutely love. Nicole provided the vision to remodel our outdated kitchen when we purchased our home. She paid close attention to our personalities and understood the aesthetic we wanted in our home, which she translated into the remodel design. This close attention to detail also extended to the complete resurfacing of the fireplace in our family room and the flooring from the front door, through the foyer into the kitchen, and family room. Nicole kept our budget in mind as we waded through different options, and helped guide to select those that were most pleasing to us and did not blow our budget. Most important, this only took one week to finish! Still today we walk through our home and smile because we love the way the way it looks!

I had an excellent experience with NGage Properties and will use them again if needed. I had to remodel an entire condo in a short period of time and they were able to deliver quality work on time. The remodeling included: electrical work, new flooring throughout the condo, bathroom and kitchen renovations, lightings, wall removal, dropped ceiling. All this was done in the timeframe that I agreed with Ngage Properties. What I really appreciated is the fact that they are reliable. At the time, I had a very busy schedule and needed the work to get done as scheduled without having to check on their progress everyday. They were the ones updating me on their progress, even when I didn’t get a chance to ask. That gave me total peace of mind. And they were able to complete everything perfectly. I’ve heard horror stories about contractors before, but I can tell you these guys are true professionals and reliable; they know what they are doing. I was lucky to find them. If you choose to hire them you won’t regret it.

Nicole and her team at NGage Properties Group helped us remodel our basement, basement bathroom, and an upstairs bedroom as we were selling our first home. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable and brought her team in the same day to get a quote for the job and timeline. After meeting Nicole, I realized that I’ve watched to much HGTV. It takes longer than an hour to put a large addition onto your 81 year old home. Nicole has a great sense of style. Nicole’s suggestions were on point and she was very patient explaining everything to my 80 year old mother. The project took longer than expected due to COVID but the end result was worth the wait.
