We went to North Shore Kitchen & Bath knowing our house needed renovations, but without a solid vision for where we could go and what was possible. Diana and Taylor did an incredible job transforming our kitchen, primary bath, and powder room. They saw what we had to work with, asked great questions, and were able to translate that into designs we loved. From the first walk-through to the final touches, the job went smoothly. Diana gave us a detailed timeline up front, kept us informed about progress regularly, and the work finished as she scheduled. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will call Diana again for our next project.

We had a fantastic experience working with Andrea and the NSKB team on our recent kitchen, laundry room, mudroom, and master bathroom remodel. Andrea is an incredible designer with impeccable vision; she did a wonderful job creating a design that incorporated elements from both my husband’s and my wishlists — all while building on and tying together the various updates we had made since moving into our house. Working with North Shore Kitchen and Bath was the best decision we made when redoing our Primary bathroom. Dianna Jones was a delight to work with for our project from start to. finish. She was so detail oriented and listened to what we wanted, and found the all the things we loved. And when we waffled, and were trying to decide, she was a terrific listener. Our bathroom feels spacious, light, airy, spa like....and just calming all around. It feels so fresh and modern, and we truly love it. Every time I walk in there I feel a sense of calm, and that is exactly what I wanted with our project. Our sweet little dog Bella actually picked out our paint color if you can believe it. We were down to three colors, and I knew the one I wanted, and my husband wanted another one. One day, Dianna put all three samples on the floor against wall and said "let's see if Bella chooses. And low and behold Bella ran over to my favorite. I think Dianna and Bella teamed up. :) I would highly recommend North Shore Kitchen & Bath and will absolutely call them again for a future project. It is truly beautiful.

Normally, I am hesitant above renovations so I couldn't believe how smoothly things fell into place with my kitchen renovation. The workmen were excellent and extremely professional and pleasant. The quality of workmanship was superior. All the products I picked were first class as well as our design consultant Diana. We did a major 4 room (kitchen, 2 full bathroom, and new laundry room) remodel with North Shore Kitchen and Bath from August to October. Diana Jones, our designer, was INCREDIBLE. She was patient, responsive and has great taste. All the subs she brought in were also extremely high quality. She kept everything on track and on budget. Every room looks beautiful You truly get amazing service with them. It’s worth every penny to have someone do all the coordination, planning, ordering and installation management. We completed a bathroom remodel with Andrea at NSK&B and it was a true pleasure to work with her. Her design solved all the problems and irritations of the original bathroom and was precisely what I envisioned. The construction process was well planned and executed, with all subcontractors on time, considerate, and friendly, and they all cleaned up before leaving each day. Our 90s kitchen needed a total makeover, along with some structural changes including a wall opened up between the kitchen and the dining room. She took our long kitchen and really reworked the space to make it more efficient, functional and great for entertaining! From beginning to end my experience with NorthShore Kitchen & Bath was outstanding. I have never had to remodel a bathroom before so I didn’t know what to expect. I also did not realize where to begin, so I investigated a few bathroom remodelers close to my house. Many did not even attempt to call back. I decided to call Northshore Kitchen & Bath and Diana with her design assistant Taylor, quickly came to my house to access my needs. Shortly thereafter, I was sitting in their stunning showroom design studio in front of several large screens looking at a life like 3D rendered model of what my finished bathrooms would look like along their price tag. Throughout the whole process Diana guided me the whole way, helping me find the best USA made bathroom fixtures, tiles and flooring for my bathrooms. She also helped me decide on much of the layout, color design and materials needed for the job, all while staying focused on the bottom line. A few days before my double bathroom construction project, I was provided a 3-ring folder with an accurate day to day calendar of when the tradesman would be coming, what work they would be doing and when the project would be finished. It was spot on. Since they were on schedule there were even built-in days off, for me. The different tradesmen that came on time every day and gone by 5:00 pm sharp, were highly skilled craftsmen who left the workspace neat every day. Throughout the six-week project Diana either checked in daily by phone, text, email or in person to make sure everything was going according to plan. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and a stickler for detail. If something was out of place or did not seem right, she immediately had the problem resolved. Diana coordinated all material arrival and changes to workman schedules as well. Her flexibility in making things work out was amazing. I am extremely pleased with the final outcome of my new bathrooms. They ended up being even nicer than I anticipated. What I thought was going to be a very stressful project ended up being just the opposite. I cannot thank the design team at North Short Kitchen & Bath enough. Diana’s amazing eye for excellence and ability to troubleshoot any unexpected issue were the keys to making my bathroom remodeling a smashing success. We had a good experience working with Andrea at North Shore Kitchen & Bath to renovate our kitchen this past year. She was our one contact throughout the project. We appreciated Andrea's expertise in finding materials to achieve the look that we wanted. We also had to resolve some problems in the renovation to make the kitchen function better. Andrea brought up some things that we hadn't thought of. Considering the trouble with shipping last year, our project went smoothly. We also appreciated the professionalism of the contractors that NSK&B used throughout the process.

We worked with Diana and I could not say enough great things about her! We did a complete gut job of our master bath. Diana did a great job of managing our expectations as far as timing went...and she ALWAYS made herself available. We are extremely happy with our experience with Andrea at NSKB. She had a wonderful design eye, making beautiful suggestions for our new countertop, backsplash, and sink in the kitchen as well as the tile and countertop in a bathroom. I still admire the look of our kitchen daily and that part of the kitchen was completed about a month ago. I didn't realize how many steps there were to the project; Andrea did an amazing job organizing all the contractors involved. This side of the project was particularly difficult during this COVID 19 impacted time. I also appreciated that she didn't try to push us to make the project larger than we wanted it to be.

Andrea helped us with a kitchen add on project. She had great vision and gave us finish choices and a design that were spot on. The project turned out gorgeous! We are so happy with our project! Diana at NSKB designed a custom kitchen island for us and it's gorgeous. The island fits perfectly in our space and has everything we asked for. Diana was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt in her responses and always kept us informed of delivery and installation times. She followed the project every step of the way with great attention to detail, making sure all aspects were taken care of. We highly recommend NSKB!

All the workers they used were good, reliable, and efficient. The pandemic caused some problems but not too many. The project manager, Andrea, was always concerned about getting everything right, helpful in moving the work along, and taking care in seeing that we were completely satisfied. I would give them an A- for the whole project.

Kitchen gut remodel. Excellent, start to finish. 1. Designer and project manager, Andrea, was fantastic. She took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us to realize it. Excellent eye for design and artistry. Great advice on products to solve design issues. Offered array of materials at different price points. Did not push most expensive items or anything we didn't want. Staged production very efficiently. Solicitous of our schedule and needs. 2. Subs were all excellent and reliable craftsmen. Very high quality of work. Andrea had great rapport with all of them when adjustments to meet our needs were required. We love artistry of final product -- adds tremendously to home ambiance.. 3. Have experience with other good remodeling jobs. But NSKB was great choice for finer and higher level kitchen work. Price was very fair for that work. Stuck to budget and was very fair on change orders. Stayed on top through completion of punch list items.

We remodeled the kitchen in our 1870s era farmhouse. Diana at NSKB designed the remodel around our functional requirements for the appliances, work spaces and seating. She designed cabinets and found lovely tile, lighting and fixtures to complete the project. We’re very happy with the results.

I decided to wait until I had used my kitchen for a year--- and I still love it! Diane at NSK&B was great to work with. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to, the estimates were solid, minor delays were explained ahead of time (and weren't their fault.) A few minor issues with the sub-contractors--- for example, the trim painter was told to paint the metal surfaces, so he painted the doorbell and it wouldn't ring; the carpenters moved the cabinets over a few inches without checking with the designer, so they had to redo work because it caused a problem with electrical access. On the other hand, the carpenters did little extras for me with the leftover materials. But overall, I would work with them again in a heart beat.

I worked with Andrea to design a built-in, floating, walnut file cabinet for our home. I had a specific look in mind to match our mid-century house. It matches perfectly. Andrea was always prompt with returning emails and came to the house with the owner on several occasions to verify the measurements, aesthetics, etc. The carpenters, Bill and Rob, were extremely professional and detail- oriented. I warned them of what a perfectionist I am and I really appreciate the fact that they understood that and took the time to ask me questions before they moved forward on certain decisions. I am extremely happy with the final project and would use them in the future.

I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the remodel of my master bath and powder room. I talked to several different providers, some less money, some more money. What "sold" on NSKB was the combination of Diana Jones (the designer) and Karl, the owner of NSKB. In the initial discussions I came away with the feeling that these two would take care of me, my wife and the project. And they did, particularly Diana. She listened to everything we said, came back with changes when requested and was very quick to make everything right as the project went along. Every hiccup that occurred (and there were very few) was attended to and resolved efficiently. I cannot recommend NSKB strongly enough!!!

We enlisted the services of North Shore Kitchen & Bah for the remodeling of the kitchen in our vintage 1903 condominium unit. The project entailed the complete demo of the floor, walls, ceiling and relocation of the sink, water supply, & all mechanicals. Andrea Kazarian of NSKB provided excellent design ideas regarding selection of cabinets & final finishes, to include purchasing high quality & unique two-toned Plain & Fancy cabinets-we installed quartzite countertops which perfectly matched to cabinets. Additionally, Karl Todd handled the overall project management, including selection of the subs, scheduling of the work and any necessary follow up required. With Andrea & Karl's extensive renovation experience, they provided great number of suggestions, which contributed to a beautiful final product.

Moving from an initial design to a decision to remove a wall and reconfigure the layout, Diana and Karl guided us every step of the way with thoughtful consideration and expertise. We needed to completely redo a bathroom, but had no idea where to start. Andrea at NSK&B led us through the project, helped us to select the components and coordinated the various workmen. The project came in very close to the original budget and we are very happy with the finished bathroom.

We had NSKB do a complete remodel of a master and guest bath. All new plumbing, cabinets, fixtures, fans, tile work, electricity. This was a large project and was performed in an old high rise building that was difficult for contractors to work in. Moreover, almost all of the coordination between ourselves and the company was done by phone and/or computer. They also painted two sun rooms and the kitchen cabinets. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.. I had doubts and worries about doing the job while we living 1200 miles away but it turned out fine and without any major problems. I recommend Karl, Andrea and their crews.

We're about 3/4s the way through our family room, dining room, kitchen, plus foyer and bath project and these guys (and gals) are perfectionists! We admire their work. attention to detail and how often they communicate; both delivering news and keeping us updated on exactly where they are with budgets and timing. We have a tricky, 116-year-old house with uneven floors/walls and they have managed to maintain its original charm, add value, while their keeping us happy as possible in our Tiny House (where we are living while the remodel happens all around us). Karl, Andrea and their team of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, et al are all great! Even our dog waits by the door to greet them each day!!

Diana was very helpful in selecting all the materials needed for the Master bath remodeling. She showed excellent insight and recommended products that matched the style and decor of our home. She kept an eye on the orders, contacted our contractor when necessary and enthusiastically followed the progress on the job. She was always there when the glass doors or the vanity top needed to be measured or installed.

We used North Shore Kitchen & Bath for a kitchen/laundry room remodel. This was a completely gut job down to the studs. NSKB did a wonderful job. Project costs and timelines were clearly communicated at the outset, and were met. Our designer, Diana, is super friendly and held our hand throughout the process, which was very refreshing. She was able to incorporate our wishes into her vision, which produced a stunningly beautiful modern kitchen/laundry room. The quality of the work by all parties - NSKB & their subcontractors- was top-notch (especially the work done by their flooring crew and the painters). And Karl, the owner of NSKB, was always available if something came up. I would highly recommend using NSKB and in fact we plan to use them again in the near future.

NSKB remodeled the kitchen and family room to create one large great room. They were very knowledgeable about all aspects from providing drawings, obtaining permits, working with the various workmen (plumbers, electricians and carpenters), selecting cabinetry, fixtures, granite and appliances. They appeared when scheduled and called if there was a change. The workmen cleaned up at the end of each day. They addressed and remedied problems on the spot. This job totally transformed my home. In addition, NSKB redid the master bath. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend the staff at NSKB. I had heard many "horror" stories and am pleased to report my experience with NSKB was outstanding. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

We had two bathrooms worked on by NSK&B. One bathroom was gutted, the other bathroom shower was redone with some other repairs. Diana, our designer listened to what we wanted done and also made suggestions based on her knowledge of design and materials. The workers all did a very neat job while the work was under way. 6 months later, we are still pleased with the end result. Visitors have said our bathroom looks like a spa. We were so pleased, we are now having NSK&B gut and remodel our basement bathroom and family room.

Diana is a creative designer who is conscientious about addressing her clients' needs. She was clever and creative about maximizing our bathroom space, working in a larger shower and extra storage in a tight space. She really understood the calm, spa-like look we were striving for, and found tile that was absolutely perfect. She labored with me over color selections until we had it just right. We ran into a couple of problems with materials, but Diana was immediately on the phone with the various companies and trades to quickly resolve the issues. We are very happy with our bathroom.

North Shore Kitchen and Bath Center did a remodel of a Master Bath and a hallway bathroom for me. From the design process to the install everyone I worked with was professional and helpful. The job was done on time and came in on budget. I was very happy with the work they did and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic company. Starting with the design process, all the way through construction, the whole team is professional. They do a great job assessing your needs, coming up with a design plan that is beautiful and compliments your home, and work to find and direct you to the right products. The demolition and construction process is done in the most professional and minimally intrusive manner possible. Additionally, they are STICKLERS for the DETAILS. Everything gets checked and double checked and nothing is ever out of alignment or visually "off". These guys (and gals!) are superb with the details, design and construction! We are very pleased we used them.
