We got all this and much more with Nick. Building a home from scratch can be a daunting event but Nick made it so easy. He was great to work with as was all his subs. The quality of our home is stupendous and Nick's attention to detail was amazing. The end result was exactly what we were dreaming of. One thing we really appreciated was Nick's willingness to communicate with us regularly through out the project, it was a great experience.

Nick Uccello built our new house in CT. We were downsizing and wanted a plan with a master bedroom and laundry room on the first floor. He helped us find a plan and made great suggestions concerning the size and aesthetics of the rooms. He was always available to meet and answered our calls promptly. The workmanship in the house is exceptional. All of the sub contractors were skilled and professional. Nick does a great job!!

Nick Uccello builds a very solid home using the latest energy efficient building technologies. It's a great fusion of the traditional and current technologies and residential design. Jack Kemper Architects did great design work on our home and Nick's subcontractors all do high quality work. Additional custom interior work for a family room and an office was done well, under budget and quickly. A few minor issues covered under the one-year home builders warranty were corrected promptly by Nick. One of the best experiences we've had with a home builder.

Uccello Developement built our beautuful home. The home was finished within 2 days of the estimated completetion date. The final punch list was very short as onwer Nick Uccello pays attention to detail and corrected what may have been wrong before we ever knew about it. Uccello builds high quality homes. A lot of that quality can not be seen in the finished product but as the home is being built you will notice the best materialls are used, joinery is very strong, and high-quality mechanicals are used through out. The finished details inside the house are just perfectly done. Working with one of Uccello's recommended architects, Jack Kemper, was a pleasure. He brought our ideas to life in a way we never could have on our own. The design was so good that our home won the Connecticut Builders and Remodelers Associations' "Not so Big House" design award in 2014. I highly recommend Uccello Development to build your dream house.
