We couldn't be more grateful for Octavio and his team. Our backyard has a notoriously difficult slope that many other contractors refused to touch. Octavio was the only one who figured out the logistics of getting a Bobcat on-site and offered a clear path forward. While we worked with a separate landscape designer, Octavio’s on-the-ground expertise actually improved the final result. He suggested practical modifications to the original terrace and retaining wall plans that better suited our terrain, which saved us significant costs. Beyond the major earth-moving, he handled: - Full Front Yard Renovation: High-quality work at a very fair price. - ADU Infrastructure: Trenching and installation for electric, water, and sewer lines. - Finishing Touches: Expert irrigation, lighting, and planting. What truly sets him apart is his character. When raccoons tore up our new sod, Octavio offered to repair it under warranty, even though it wasn't his fault. Octavio on his team did an amazing job installing grass in my backyard. We had a big pile of dirt and they cleared it off put down some beautiful grass, and Octavio worked with me answering my questions about which grass to buy. He was very communicative and helpful. His team also prunes some trees for me and we’re very diligent about clearing off all the debris and cleaning up the space. We will definitely use them again and already have another job booked for pruning more trees in our back and front yard. The prices are really reasonable and value for the service! Highly recommend!!

Yet another extremely happy customer for Pacific Premiere Landscaping! Octavio is incredible! Extremely professional, responsive and just an all around really nice guy! We had a very large project that included our Front, Side, and sloping back yard. My wife and I, like a lot of couples I'm certain, have design paralysis with that "I don't know, what do you want?" going back and forth with each other endlessly. Octavio has a great eye, and countless times he broke our deadlock saying, "How about this? I think this would look really nice" and when we followed his suggestions we ended up being incredibly happy with the result! That's a huge benefit that you can't put value on, because it keeps a project moving forward with minimal stress. Whenever we had questions, he always replied to our texts instantly, and one of the things I really appreciated about his company is that we never had to line up any of our own specialty contractors (electrical, plumbing etc) to do work. He has every discipline covered and coordinates the scheduling of all of that. I've worked with contractors before where they would inform you they didn't do a type of work and we would have to contract that effort separately. Octavio is not like that and he'll coordinate it all according to how you'd like it to look, or be done. Big thumbs up on that! Payment schedules are very clearly explained and documented. Our project included payments in "phases of work" down payment, forms completed, rebar completed, Completed concrete, electrical and irrigation/plants completed, final approval completed etc. and there was flexibility in the schedule if we wished, which made it much easier at one point while we were travelling. He's very open to discussing whatever makes things go smoothly. We loved how he gave us a lot of help particularly with trees/plants (types, locations) Octavio is very knowledgeable in that area and we were very pleased when he met us at the nursery multiple times to show and help us select plants and trees. His work crews were always very friendly, hard working and meticulous, and he checked in on them constantly to make sure everything was going according to plan. It's very obvious that he wants to make sure there are no surprises, and that work is progressing according to schedule and plans. It was a great pleasure having Octavio and Pacific Premiere Landscaping transform our home! We would use him again without question and in fact have several other projects in the immediate future that we're in the process of discussing. A lot of people will search hard for the lowest price (I would estimate that Octavio's prices are not the "cheapest", but they are much more than fair, and I would argue that there is a HUGE difference between "lowest price" and "value"; that being the quality and experience of the work done for the money spent, and with that in mind, Pacific Premiere is a tremendous value! You get a ton for your Money!

When we wanted to add on items throughout the project he was always open minded and willing to work with us. They removed and pour new cement, installed irrigation and laid new sod, built a retaining wall and a hog wire fence. We are so thrilled with the way our project turned out and look forward to working with him and his team again!

After getting several quotes to remove a large area of concrete from my backyard and install sod, sprinkler system, concrete mow strip and a garden wall around the perimeter we chose Pacific Premier due to their reasonable pricing and professionalism. Octavio and his team did a great job with replacing a big lawn area around my house side yard with pavers. He was very professional and suggested few ideas before we started the project. He took care of everything! Matched the paver colors exactly to the existing concrete and pavers around that area. It now looks beautiful and my kids can use that area to play. His team also helped remove few shrubs around and added fruit trees! I highly recommend his service.

The Premier Pacific team just helped us redo the backyard for our building in San Francisco, and we could not recommend them enough. Not only is the finished project better than we could have imagined, Octavio and his team were quick and patient with us. They completed a full project which included leveling the yard, adding multiple retaining walls, turf installation, etc. in just a few weeks even during the crazy rain fall we experienced this month. They were even able to add in a last minute request of adding a gas line mid-way through the project. I will definitely be recommending Pacific Premier to anyone who is looking for a landscaper. My wife and I argued back and forth on landscape designs for literally years! We finally bit the bullet and hired and landscape architect who created a set of renderings and design drawings for us that we absolutely loved! At that point came the painstaking search for a landscaping contractor who could turn this vision into reality. The wife and I contacted 6 local landscape companies and only 4 of those ever replied to our inquiries, with Octavio and Pacific Premiere Landscape being the only one who responded literally the next day AND with a long list of reference properties he had worked on that we could take a look at! A large landscaping project can be a frightening endeavor, not just for the bags of money that might probably be required, but also the fear that what you had drawn on paper, would not give you the same excitement as what manifested ultimately in reality. Seeing the work that Octavio had done in the past really inspired us greatly! Every property we looked at demonstrated quality and design experience! At one property, the homeowner was actually outside getting ready to go on an errand and when we said hello as we were walking by, we told her that we were thinking of having Octavio and Pacific Premiere do our landscaping, and she and her husband actually invited us into their backyard to show off the work that they were obviously VERY happy with! And it was beautiful! They had endless compliments for Octavio and especially praised him for his guidance and suggestions which deviated from their original plans, but that they were glad they took his advice! One reason you NEED to get someone like Octavio, is that with his experience, he can wonderfully bridge that gap from where your drawings, imaginings, and sketches fall a little short (as they always do) and where practical issues like elevation changes, drainage, plant choices, structural concerns, material choices, and even aesthetics, pop up in the REAL world to cause hesitation and confusion to the less experienced. Deviations in the design that would have paralyzed my wife and I and caused LONG delays and more arguing, Octavio simply intervened in his quiet way, saying, "Over here we can do this..." and Voila! everything kept moving forward with everyone happy :) You really can't put a price on things like that. He had a tremendous knowledge of plants and trees, and even met us at the nursery to personally walk us all over showing us plants, and shrubs and trees so that we could really get a very complete idea of how things would look before having to buy any of those things, or worse, not liking them once they were in the ground. We appreciated his guidance and his sacrifice in personal time for this; Looking at photos of plants in a book as other landscapers had done with us never truly transmits the real presence of plants and trees. Octavio's work crews were ALL SO nice! and they were friendly, hard working, and very respectful of the spaces.

Octavio and his team did an excellent job on my backyard. I drew up a quick design and they did all the work. Built a deck and descending staicase as well as artificial turf. Will be using them again for a future project. Can't recommend them enough.

We hired the Pacific Premier team to complete our front yard landscaping this Spring and are very happy with both the results and the experience! There were hardscaping components, a new sprinkler system, and several varieties of plants installed. From the get go, Octavio stood out from other providers due to his responsiveness and honest nature - and he and the team upheld this impression from our first quote to the last correspondence. The estimate was appropriately detailed and straightforward. Pricing was reasonable, and there were no surprises or hidden adjustments along the way. Octavio demonstrated flexibility in re-scoping and reestimating the project with us to better align with our budget, while maintaining the most critical aspects of our original digital design, which we had developed before engaging him. He was happy to adapt to our changing needs and did not apply pressure in any way to push out outside of our financial comfort zone. Ultimately, the team was able to execute to the design, while providing expert advice on adjustments needed to bring the vision to life. For instance, the digital design did not fully capture the sloping of the yard, creating some challenges in positioning of some hardscaping components. We were very happy with the work and the relationship, and we ended up seeking their services for some additional odd jobs around the yard (repair of garden sprinkler, restaining existing decks, etc) which Octavio was to help with for a very fair rate. Given the surpringly rainy season, they flexed to the weather, and yet still delivered on schedule. We are very satisfied with the Pacific Premier team and look forward to working with them again for any future projects!

Pacific Premier Landscape recently renovated our front yard, and we are so happy with the result! The project included new plantings, irrigation, and a fence. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the price was fair. Octavio was very helpful and responsive throughout. He answered many detailed questions and helped us weigh the pros and cons of different design options. He stayed in close communication during the installation, accommodated some last minute changes and additions, and spent some time afterwards making sure we were prepared for the maintenance. I wish we could give Octavio’s company 6 stars. We worked with him to redo our entire backyard and could not be happier with the results or the process. He was a breeze to work with - responsive, creative, and thoughtful - and was also the most cost competitive of the multiple bids we solicited. He gave us many choices along the way (on turf, pavers, and deck colors) and advice on how we should consider different choices. He also accommodated a few small changes along the way at very reasonable costs. His team was always professional and courteous of our space (they had to access the yard through the house) and finished the job well within our tight timeline. We have been wanting to build a deck for a long time. It was quite a challenge finding a landscaping company that specializes in Trex decks, and when we did, we received insanely expensive quotes. I reached out to Pacific Premier Landscape via text message after seeing their beautiful and impressive portfolio on Yelp. Octavio replied promptly and we scheduled a date for him to check out our back yard. Octavio sent me a reasonable and fair quote a few days after, and we scheduled a starting date. He arrived with his project manager a few days before to make sure all the details were clear. Jose and Claudio were the team that built our deck. Trex is a composite material that is low maintenance, but can be challenging to work with, and they did a phenomenal job. They are super professional, kind, and were respectful to our property, leaving it clean and organized every afternoon. Jose always took the time patiently answering all my annoying questions about the building process. He and Claudio went above and beyond making sure every little detail was taken care of. The rest of the team joined them during the landscape phase. Octavio was always available for my questions and concerns. He suggested a few additions we didn’t think about when the project started, and all were priced fairly and done beautifully. We are extremely happy with the results and are thankful to Pacific Premier Landscape for making our dream backyard.

I recently had Octavio and team help me redo most of the plants in my backyard, trim my trees, install a drip system, install weed fabric and cover the plant beds with river rock. The Pacific Premier team was responsive during the initial design phase and helped estimate different budget levels and scope details. Our front yard was a steep sloped area that was not being utilized for flat outdoor area in the sun. Sean and Octavio helped listen to our goals and objectives and helped turn them into a reality. Once construction commenced, the crew stayed on-schedule and on-budget throughout the intensive 8 week remodel. Octavio walked the project with my wife and I every week and responded to emails and texts typically within hours. Our project included board formed concrete retaining walls, pavers, synthetic grass, landscaping, fencing, trash enclosure and an entry trellis. We are thrilled with the outcome as the attention to detail and overall quality level exceeded expectations.
