We’ve used Seybold Construction for a master bath and kitchen remodel. The projects were done a little over a year apart but both experiences were the same, excellent, and both projects exceeded our expectations. Even though Steven wasn’t onsite everyday, any questions or concerns were addressed quickly with no impact on the projects. Communication with a non English speaking crew at first seemed like it would be a challenge but it really wasn’t all that much of an issue for us, translation apps help and more complicated communication Steven was able to help with. We are very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Seybold Construction in the future.

We had an insurance restoration job that turned into an absolute nightmare after a water softener leak caused major damage throughout our home. Nearly the entire house had to be redone except for two bedrooms, and the insurance process dragged on for months. During that time, my wife was over 6 months pregnant, and our family of three had to sleep in the same room for almost two months while fighting to get the claim approved. Steven stepped in and completely changed the situation for us. He handled the majority of the communication with the insurance company, stayed persistent throughout the entire process, and ultimately helped get our flooring claim approved when we felt like we were getting nowhere on our own. From start to finish, Steven was professional, polite, always on time, and communication was top notch. His crew was efficient, respectful of our home, cleaned up daily, and did remarkable work. The quality of the finished product exceeded our expectations, especially after such a stressful experience. We truly cannot thank Seybold Construction enough for helping our family through such a difficult situation. Steven totally remodeled my old 1970’s kitchen into my dream kitchen. Though he had labor issues back then, sometimes even working alone, he got the job done to my satisfaction. I wanted a gas stove, so I had a gas line installed. I included extra cabinets, and we redesigned the layout. I was very pleased with all that he did. He has a great work ethic and is very thorough and meticulous. One cabinet had a tiny crack on the inside that you would not even be able to see, and he checked to see if I wanted to order a replacement. All in all, I was very pleased with how this project turned out. I’d totally recommend Steven’s company.
